Your website is equally frustrating and useless. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2026-06-18, version 3.0.60* I’m not sure what you did to this app but it does not work at all. The app was fine until this year. I always received notifications about upcoming services and it was easy to pay your bill through. It stopped sending notifications, wouldn’t show your history, and doesn’t keep your payment information. I’ve deleted and readded the app several times with limited functionality and always have to login through a web browser to see history and pay my bill. The website is also twitchy and hard to navigate. I feel like if you can’t get this fixed, I will have to move my business to someone else! Fix this mess! I can’t log in because when I signed up last month I never received any credentials to use app. If you click log in help it s supposed to send you an email link to reset your phone. Problem is the email link comes hours later and the link they sent is timed out. I truly don’t believe they want the app to work. It’s almost like they don’t want you to have access to your account the just show up whenever and charge you. This company leaves a bad taste in my mouth and should be avoided at all costs. When my 7 treatments are up I’m done.
