Does good detailed tracking by height, sleep and habits. You can personalize what you wanted to improve or note what’s changes is happening to your kid’s body. Easy to use and navigate. It’s great that the parent is able to also be on the app to support and monitor their child(ren) as they complete goals for nutrition, exercise, and sleep routines.
