## What is Truist Commercial?

Available to Truist commercial and corporate clients who have services available through Truist Commercial Online and Truist Digital Treasury.    

With the Truist Commercial mobile app, you can safely and securely access deposit account transactions and balances, and approve payments and transfers at anytime from anywhere.   Notifications within the app keep you informed of items requiring your attention.  

Simply log in with your Truist Commercial credentials for access to the mobile app features.

Please note, customers with personal and small business accounts should download Truist Mobile for access to those accounts.  Corporate and Commercial clients who do not subscribe to Truist Digital Treasury should access their applications through the desktop application.

There are no additional fees to access the Truist Commercial mobile app.  Standard fees for Truist Digital Treasury and related activities will continue to be charged for banking services. Clients should contact their mobile provider for information about fees associated with their mobile data plan, sending or receiving text messages or accessing the internet from a mobile device.

It’s July 2022 and I still can’t log into the mobile app for business! Bad transition Suntrust.

Been with SUNTRUST for a long time. 
All of a sudden in September 2021 my accounts have been charged monthly fees for having accounts. A personal account I have for periodic disbursements. Now gets a $7 a month fee. I noticed it 5 months into the SUNTRUST BB&T merger. 
This is quickly becoming the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. 
From hero to zero. In 1 merger. 
People wake up and look closely at what they’re sneaking in to your accounts.

Looks like I have to use the same app for my business and personal which stinks because I have to sign out of one to open the other! Please fix. I had Suntrust business app before which worked.

Same issue apparently as many users. Can not login in on the app, but able to through the website on a laptop. Extremely frustrating and call times to get help are at 45min! Running a business is hard enough without this added headache!

I can sign in on web but not in app. On the web I can’t pay bills because it says I have cross site tracking clickers but I have them all turned off. Considering the years it took to go through, I had hoped that Suntrust’s digital services would improve with the merger but they just put the ugliest purple lipstick all over the existing app and website. I had hoped their retail services would improve but instead they shut down a ton of branches, and make it harder to in person bank. Sure there would be overlap and branches would be closed but instead of closing half it seems like the closed 80%. Have been with suntrust and since 1986 so have a long history with them and used to love the customer service. I understand that advances in technology change the way we bank, but if customer service is gone and personal branches are gone, it leaves the app. This might be an optimal time to go switch over to the monolithic red and blue who have incredible digital and still a lot of branches. Just hate doing it.
