You can’t do that in this mobile app. Viewing anything other than basic info is difficult if not impossible. And that’s AFTER you log in! Their version of MFA is incredibly clunky and works only if you know the exact sequence of key strokes required to get from their login screen to the number generator and back to the app within the short window of time allowed by the random number generator. I’d say that you should only use the online app, but it really isn’t much better. Truist needs to get REAL people to test the usability of their apps.
