Nor do I need my contacts synced? It makes no sense why you force users to have notifications on. I tried to just have a banner notification on but that’s not enough for you. You require sound and, badges, the whole thing. Just absurd? Change it. Stop forcing that on people and blocking us from using your app otherwise. All of my calls log to Salesforce with a link to the recording, my disposition, and are attached to the Salesforce Contact, all without me ever needing to hit Save or Log a Call. Getting set-up was simple, and their Implementation Team went above and beyond to make sure we understood every feature in the desktop and mobile application. My favorite thing about the application is that if I need help, I can chat with their Support Team IN THE APPLICATION. I’m so used to having to find a contact page, wait a week for a reply, and have it not be helpful. Their team is so knowledgeable and they answer within like 3 minutes or less. It’s insane.
