## What is Truly Simple Nudges?

Truly Simple Nudges solves the problem of remembering to do the little things throughout your day. Standard alarms are too rigid, and to-do lists don't tap you on the shoulder. This tool sends ambient, customizable push notifications to help you stay mindful, hydrate, check your posture, or take screen breaks. It runs quietly in the background on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad—keeping everything in sync natively without bloated progress trackers.

Features:

• Set nudges to fire at evenly spaced intervals, precise times, or entirely at random.
• Customize active hours and specific days of the week for each nudge (so you aren't getting posture checks on Sunday).
• Mute notifications on a per-device basis (keep a nudge active on your Mac while muting it on your iPhone).
• Quick-access menu bar dropdown on MacOS for easy toggling and pausing.
• Nudge library automatically syncs across all your devices via iCloud.
• Global "Pause All" button for meetings, movies, or deep focus.
