And secondly each n every step it requires subscription. The customer who already subscribed they should get at least some basic features right but no application not allowed. If me and someone matched then if we want to chat but still app is not delivering the message to other person. So irritating app dear. 👎 I hope management will take an necessary action on this. I purchased their subscription to see who likes my profile. But i can see there 5 likes but when i tap on like page it showing blank. A white page. They charges me 1199 ruppees for select + i tried to contact their customer support via mail. But not recived any response. I mailed twice but not recived any response. Totally my 1199 was scamed. They should be banned from apple store and all payment gateways. They are playing with emotions of public. Tinder is far better than them. Even i communicate 5 to 7 person on tinder but here no one. And all profile maximum trust score i saw that is 20%…. All profiles are fake ### 1/5 — It’s literally a fraud *2025-12-13* I started using the app without any purchase and it was going smoothly. Then i saw i got few likes and to reveal the likes i needed one subscription around Rs 1100 . Though it was on the higher side i chose to get it because i trusted the app . The moment i purchased the app logged me out. I tried to re log into my profile and its stuck in “validating OTP” and no charges after that . All these happened for few hours after the purchase and i was already frustrated and disappointed. I then asked the support regarding this they reverted back saying the issue has been resolved. I tried to login again and then i got issue saying “max OTP reached, try again later” . I again contacted the support and asked for refund. They reverted asking me to arrange another phone record my screen and then share that video ( because there app doesn’t allow screen recording apparently) . So much hassle i have to go through. It’s been 24h since the purchase and the OTP limit has been reset and i am still facing the same issue and they are not ready to accept the fault and adamant to refund. App like this should be reported to the judiciary system and strict action should be taken. We look forward to your email. ### 1/5 — Not worth anything *2025-10-25* I downloaded this app after seeing the founder’s video on Instagram and some good level celebrities promoting this app but later when I started using it I just saw some cheap profiles which do not even seem like genuine people and I’m a Male and straight still men’s profiles were getting showed in my account. I have requested a refund of two different subscriptions that I took for your services today itself which also by the way was a very tricky thing. First I was showed I had to take a subscription for select I took an annual subscription thinking that I would have good experience that was for 2399 but what do you even provide in select membership I didn’t see anything. I immediately cancelled that subscription and took another annual subscription of 3599 hoping for a better experience than the last one but this also doesn’t have any unlimited likes I can just see who all liked me. And when I saw who all liked me there were in total 6 profiles of 2 people only that means 3 profiles were the same of one person that was also so cheap and ugly as if the bot did it. These dating apps decrease more than half of the motivation that we have before downloading your apps. You take money but no service is provided. Your founder said that its meant for genuine people. South Delhi people are not preferred here something like this and this is the service you provide. You guys just make whatever you wish to. I paid ₹799 for their service, and after that, I faced nothing but fake profiles and suspicious activity. When I tried to contact their support, there was no proper response or refund. This app feels completely unsafe and untrustworthy. They take your money and vanish without any help or responsibility. I strongly advise people not to download or pay for anything on TrulyMadly — it’s a total waste of time and money. TrulyMadly team — either refund my ₹799 immediately or I’ll be taking this matter to consumer court. ### 1/5 — Too many adds. Waste of money. Dont buy. I will start spreading on twitter abt this scam, if u dont refund my money😡🤬 ### 1/5 — Not very user friendly *2025-10-23* Seeing that this is a popular app to use in India I downloaded it and created a profile. I started getting hounded by the site, inviting me to buy a paid subscription, buy sparks and pay for dating advice. This does not stop even after one buys a paid subscription. After purchasing the select subscription, you realize that it’s totally useless as you still cannot see the profiles of people who have liked you. So you tend to stay disconnected with your potential matches. Also, the subscription is recurrent for the next 30 years and it would seem that you cannot change that option unless you cancel your membership, which you have to do by deleting your profile . Also, you cannot convert it into a select plus membership by paying a difference. You have to lose your money for the select membership and again pay for a Select Plus membership. The ticket opened to sort this out is closed at TMs discretion without solving the problem. I would recommend not wasting your money as it is not going to get you anywhere and create a lot of frustration. That’s when it hit me that this whole setup feels like a trap to make users pay. I immediately trying contacting support for a refund within a few hours of purchase, but getting no response. This clearly shows how unprofessional and shady the team behind this app is. This app feels like a complete scam, designed to fool people into paying for fake likes and false engagement. I strongly warn everyone: don’t waste your money here. Those “likes” are most likely bots, not real people. or may be these profiles are created by internal team. If I don’t get my refund soon, already i have posted this scam publicly on Twitter and other major social media platforms. People deserve to know how these scammers operate. and be aware ### 1/5 — Money laundering Scam *2025-08-06, version 7323* To begin with, I had over 30 girls like me on the app. After that, I liked many profiles, but none of them matched with those 30 likes. Another issue is that whenever an attractive profile shows up, I always seem to be out of likes—regardless of whether I’ve liked just 3 profiles or 10 before that. The only solution the app offers is to buy their premium plan. But honestly, I’m not willing to pay for it because the app hasn’t done anything to build trust or show that it’s worth the investment. ### 1/5 — Scammer app, they load fake profiles upfront *2025-07-07* The app would scam and force you to buy a subscription. To begin with they load fake profiles upfront ensuring you never match with real people. Even if you right swipe these profiles till you exhaust your swipe limits, next time when the app loads, it will load the same profiles that you have already swiped right/left. You will also see matches getting populated in the matches screen but I’m not sure if they are real profiles or just bot profiles to make you buy their subscription. Stay away from this app. Edit 1: I’m now trying to delete my account but these scammers are not sending me any OTP on my phone number or email ID. Please Watchout. If you are not having a good experience here, delete your account. Don’t pause it. I downloaded Truly Madly, like many others, hoping to find a real connection. And for a while, it seemed like I had. I matched with someone who seemed genuine. We chatted, exchanged numbers, followed each other on Instagram it all felt normal. But then it took a terrifying turn. Out of nowhere, the girl started video calling me. During one call, she appeared nude and pressured me to do the same. Something felt off. I blocked her immediately across all platforms, reported the account, and tried to move on. But it didn’t stop there. Soon after, I started getting messages from unknown numbers. They had recorded that video call and edited it to make it look like I was completely nude and pleasuring myself. They claimed to have sent this fake, edited video to 20 to 30 of my followers. They even sent me screenshots as proof. And now, they are demanding ₹1 lakh to stop spreading it further. I don’t have that kind of money. I don’t have the strength to face the people who might have seen it. And the worst part? I’ve contacted cybercrime units, tried reaching out for help, and nothing is working. I paid ₹2000 for this app’s premium subscription… and I got blackmailed, violated, and left with trauma in return. If anything happens to me… if I lose my life over this, let this message be my truth. I want everyone to know that no dating app should allow this to happen, especially not one that takes money from innocent people and fails to protect them. To Truly Madly, your verification systems failed me. Your platform became the reason I feel like I’ve lost my name, my fame, and my dignity. I paid 1200 and not a single match. Its uncanny how as soon as i complained a couple of bots matched and then stopped after a single line on conversation. And their business model is cutthroat charging for every small feature even after taking a subscription. I didnt heed the reviews on the site but wud urge whoever is reading this to run far away. Every profile on the site looks fake with pics taken off the web. Their customer support is worse than even a state electricity dept and they refuse to take responsibility saying there is a no refund policy. After the purchase, I got connected with 100+ profiles. At that moment, I felt the app was really good. However, when I started talking to these girls, I realized that almost all of them seemed to be scammers. I noticed a pattern — many of them suggested meeting at the same location: “RDC Gaur Central Mall.” When I reached that place, I came to know that dating scams frequently happen there. The most concerning part is that the app claims to have verified profiles, but that doesn’t seem reliable. I received requests from two different accounts with the same girl’s face. After liking a few profiles, I closed the app. When I opened it later, suddenly it showed around 20+ likes on my profile, which already felt suspicious. The moment I tried to view or respond to those likes, the app forced me to subscribe. I ended up buying their “Plus” plan for around ₹1100, thinking I’d finally be able to connect with real people. But the moment I started messaging these so-called “likes,” every single one of them turned out to be fake. Not even one genuine profile. Every conversation immediately led to them pushing a Telegram ID and trying to redirect me for “services.” It’s clearly a scripted scam network. There are ZERO real users on this app. It’s designed to trap you with fake likes and then force you into paying. Once you pay, you realize it’s all bots or scammers. To make it worse, I tried contacting support — no response at all. Completely ignored. What happened is when I created a profile and I was having no premium plan, I used to get 2-3 likes a day…even if it was deceptive notifications still I used to get it that made me curious to know who is liking me. To clear my curiosity I finally bought a 1199/- premium plan then I could see it was 2 profile however it was showing 12 likes but that’s not the issue. Concern is as soon as I bought premium plan, I stopped getting notifications that “someone liked you” It’s like…When I was not having any plan, many more was liking my profile and when I bought…suddenly no body likes me 🤔 Bottom line is “Likes” you get with free plan are deceptive and that manipulates you to buy premium plan. Understand that company always has way to justify themselves but their sole purpose is to make money and nothing else. The app also attracts only the serious crowd also because most of the features are paid. However, it can work on reducing the number of fake profiles. At times 50% of the profiles who sends likes are fake. Getting women on platform is difficult and the business depends on it but the same allows flooding of the platform with fake profiles. Second area of improvement is its chat feature. It should allow notifications and without that it’s difficult to hold conversation. Otherwise it’s a great platform it’s positioning creates no confusion that it’s a platform for people with serious intentions.
