Your Truma Team ### 1/5 — Since update to new design - does not work anymore *2021-04-09* Before the recent update it was a dependable fast app to quickly check setting on my dual zone fridge/freezer. Now…it’s useless. Either does not connect, or takes *ages* to connect, and disconnects instantly. Also does not allow me to change name of cooler, and doesn’t show the current battery voltage. You can rename the cooler in the cooler settings, you can find them in the control view in the upper right corner. Your Truma Team ### 1/5 — Not working anymore *2020-09-28* Edit: Stopped connecting to Bluetooth after updating to IOS14. Will update rating with update to app. ......Past Review..... Not bad, it connects easily and seems to work pretty well. It is extremely basic. Wish it had a simple notifications system to let you know if the temperature rises above or lowers below set thresholds. **Developer response:** Hello Prolink Media, Thank you for your feedback. Your Truma Team ### 3/5 — Previous version was WAY better *2021-05-07* I do not understand why app developers feel the need to fix things that weren't broken. The previous app was way better and worked flawlessly. Example; the previous version showed the 2 zones with a picture. You always knew which zone was which because they are different shapes and volumes. Now the app just gives you zone 1 and zone 2 with no way of knowing which is which. You can't just go by left or right because this thing has the controls on the end and the lid is reverseable. Also, previously you could see and control both zones from the same screen. Now you have to toggle between at least 2 screens just to control and monitor the temperatures. The app is fully functional and allows me to name my cooler and control it fully. Your Truma Team ### 5/5 — App takes giant step backwards *2021-04-28* The recent update has made the Bluetooth connectivity, once reliable, useless. It does not connect, can not tell me the cooler performance parameters (temperature and setpoint) and likely won’t notify me of any alerts or malfunctions. Who knows - it doesn’t connect! I bought Truma over your competitor for the technology you brought to market. This update was a giant technological step backwards. If your cooler detects an error, this error will be displayed automatically on the control view within the app, from there you can navigate to possible solutions.
