Making life easier: Truma LevelControl If you prefer holding your smartphone to tilting the gas cylinder, you’re in luck, because the LevelControl lets you do just this. The gas level measuring device uses ultrasound to measure how much gas is left in the cylinder and displays the result in the app. Attach the LevelControl to the bottom of the cylinder, open the app, check the gas level – it couldn’t be easier! The new LevelControl app also gives you the option of using Bluetooth to check the gas level. This functions conveniently and reliably in the vehicle and outside it when within range. If you want to check the gas level while travelling, you’ll need the Truma iNet Box and the tried-and-tested Truma app. It sends the measurement results by text to your smartphone – whether you’re at home or out skiing on the piste. Developer to add more preconfigured bottle sizes for UK please, hope to get usage info with this app (no iNet box) will follow with further reviews Is it possible to add 11 kg Propane bottle? This is the size used in our motorhome. New update 16/11/2024, app developer has still not added extra preconfigured bottles for the UK, even though app itself has been updated. New update 10/03/2025, just another request for more preconfigured bottles for the uk please, 11kg Propane would be great. Also, measuring is working - getting to the end of our first bottle (25% left) so will be interested to see if level control is correct when bottle is empty. Extra star added. ### 1/5 — Arbeitet nur selten richtig *2025-01-29* Die Verbindung funktioniert meist nicht und noch viel seltener ist eine vermutlich richtige Messung. Man kann sich nicht drauf verlassen. Nur die Gasfüllstandsanzeige im iNet System ist noch schlechter. Viele Grüße Truma ### 1/5 — Unzuverlässig *2025-01-25* Seit der Umstellung auf die „neue“ App ist das System für mich nicht mehr nutzbar. Neue Gasflaschen werden nicht mehr erkannt. Die App zeigt nur < 3% Egal wie voll die Flasche ist. Bei jedem Wechsel der Flasche muss ich nun die Abdeckung abschrauben, Batterien raus und komplett neu koppeln. Dann läuft es bis die Flasche leer ist. Hier ist der Aufwand größer als der Glasflaschen Wechsel an sich. Gleiches Verhalten an 2 Level Control. Muss also an der App liegen. Und man eine Prognose bekommt wie lange das Gas noch ausreicht. Beispiel: Durchschnitts Verbrauch in den letzten x Stunden 500g/h voraussichtlich hält die Glasflasche noch 2:30 Stunden … ### 3/5 — Speriamo resti aggiornata *2025-01-01* Buon sistema anche se costoso per monitorare il livello delle bombole in acciaio in camper. Database delle bombole un po’ limitato mancano le Beyfin al momento. Viele Grüße Truma ### 1/5 — Alle hilfreichen Funktionen/Informationen fehlen. *2024-12-15* Also entweder ist der Sensor sein Geld nicht Wert, weil er die erforderlichen Daten nicht zwischenspeichern kann, oder die App ist einfach nur vollkommen unzulänglich. Keine Anzeige von Durchschnittsverbrauch und zu erwartender Restnutzungsdauer der Flasche(n), sowie Anzahl der bereits Gewechselten. Für knapp 300€ für die 2 Sensoren hatte ich da Einiges mehr erwartet. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man bloß für einen Teil dieser Funktionen auch noch eine ansonsten vollkommen überflüssige iNet-Box kaufen und installieren muss. Kann sich mal bitte jemand von Truma dazu äußern? ### 2/5 — Letztes Update sehe ich als Rückschritt *2024-11-27* Mit der App war ich in der Vergagenheit sehr zufrieden. Nach dem letzten Update bin ich enttäuscht. Spanische Gasflaschen sind weiterhin nicht in der Datenbank enthalten - müssen weiterhin manuell eingerichtet werden. Bislang erfolgte beim Aufrufen der App sofort eine Messung - jetzt muss ich die manuell anstoßen und endlos warten, bis ich das Ergebnis sehe (wenn ich denn so lange Gefuld aufbringe).
