Also, measuring is working - getting to the end of our first bottle (25% left) so will be interested to see if level control is correct when bottle is empty. This is the size used in our motorhome ### 3/5 — Unsure about accuracy *2024-02-14, version 1.4.1* Installed the level control about a week ago once I knew both 11kg bottles were full but after one week of using gas for heating at night, hot water, sometime fridge usage it is still showing as 100% in the app. Maybe I’ll be pleasantly surprised by how far 2 * 11kg bottles of gas will go but at the moment the jury’s out on the accuracy of the device. ### 2/5 — Wichtige Informationen fehlen *2024-01-13* Ja, die App zeigt einem den Füllstand der Gasflaschen an, und die Werte sind auch ziemlich genau (nachgewogen), was ja aber eher an der LevelControl liegt. Aber, mir fehlen Funktionen wie Push-Nachrichten bei niedrigem Füllstand, eine Verbrauchsstatistik, und vorallem eine geschätzte Restlaufzeit aufgrund der entnommenen Menge aus Zeitraum X, z.B. der letzten 12 h. Aufgrund dessen, dass solche Komfort-Funktionalitäten fehlen, und nur die Minimalinfo’s geliefert werden, bin ich doch etwas enttäuscht von der App, und kann daher nur 2 Sterne vergeben. Mit den o.g. Für ein Gerät in der Preisklasse wünsche ich mir doch ein wenig mehr Informationen im App. Daher nur bedingt empfehlenswert. However I cannot see the estimated remaining days based on gas usage? The bottle is currently 100%; does the app need to detect usage before it provides this data? Do I receive low level warnings to my device via bluetooth when in range if I do not have an iNet box? Estimated remaining days are not displayed? This is listed s a function but don’t appear to see the data? Is this displayed as the gas starts to be used? ### 3/5 — Luft nach oben *2023-03-27* Sehr einfache App. Anzeige in % funktioniert gut. Was fehlt ist eine Verbrauchsstatistik und Warnung bei einem einstellbaren Level. Truma, das geht besser! Dein Truma Team ### 3/5 — Missing some UK Calor bottle sizes *2022-12-26, version 1.3.1* I received one of these for Christmas and have tried to set it up today. Tried first with a 6kg Calor propane and it worked okay. Then switched to a 13kg bottle and couldn’t reconfigure the App. I think from reading some App reviews that this size is not pre-configured but I had assumed I had not done things correctly. This bottle size is commonly used in the UK. Can the App be enhanced to include it? ### 3/5 — Précise et moderne *2022-05-10* L’application est beaucoup plus agréable à utiliser que L’application Truma. Sie zeigt den prozentualen Füllstand und Füllstand in KG sowie den Batteriezustand. 3 von 5 Sternen, weil Funktionen wie geschätzte Laufzeit der Flasche und momentaner Verbrauch fehlen. Man kann sich nicht drauf verlassen. Nur die Gasfüllstandsanzeige im iNet System ist noch schlechter. Viele Grüße Truma ### 1/5 — Unzuverlässig *2025-01-25* Seit der Umstellung auf die „neue“ App ist das System für mich nicht mehr nutzbar. Neue Gasflaschen werden nicht mehr erkannt. Die App zeigt nur < 3% Egal wie voll die Flasche ist. Bei jedem Wechsel der Flasche muss ich nun die Abdeckung abschrauben, Batterien raus und komplett neu koppeln. Dann läuft es bis die Flasche leer ist. Hier ist der Aufwand größer als der Glasflaschen Wechsel an sich. Gleiches Verhalten an 2 Level Control. Muss also an der App liegen. Viele Grüße Truma ### 1/5 — Alle hilfreichen Funktionen/Informationen fehlen. *2024-12-15* Also entweder ist der Sensor sein Geld nicht Wert, weil er die erforderlichen Daten nicht zwischenspeichern kann, oder die App ist einfach nur vollkommen unzulänglich. Keine Anzeige von Durchschnittsverbrauch und zu erwartender Restnutzungsdauer der Flasche(n), sowie Anzahl der bereits Gewechselten. Für knapp 300€ für die 2 Sensoren hatte ich da Einiges mehr erwartet. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man bloß für einen Teil dieser Funktionen auch noch eine ansonsten vollkommen überflüssige iNet-Box kaufen und installieren muss. Kann sich mal bitte jemand von Truma dazu äußern? ### 1/5 — Poor functionality *2024-08-25, version 1.4.1* In the UK only two bottle types are given. 6k and 7k. This is absolutely useless for most of us tat have 11kg and 13kg bottles - as you then have to configure your own…and…enter the current fill level as a percentage!! Errr, how? So you buy the very accurate level sensor and then have to enter your bottle fill level. Was it too much effort to add in the other common sizes? So I now have to weigh the bottle or buy a new refill to know what I’m dealing with. Useless. Also, this will not connect to the latest I-Net panels, it relies on the older I-net boxes. ### 1/5 — No Uk 13kg bottle *2021-03-09, version 1.2.1* I have set it up manually however I’m not convinced It’s that accurate. It’s also very intermittent in getting a reading. After an acknowledgment by Truma in Feb 2020, and almost a year later, there is still no 13kg option in the menu. I know there is the option to set your own bottle weight etc within the setup of the Level Control, but just how will this manual set up affect the accuracy of the device? ### 2/5 — Letztes Update sehe ich als Rückschritt *2024-11-27* Mit der App war ich in der Vergagenheit sehr zufrieden. Nach dem letzten Update bin ich enttäuscht. Spanische Gasflaschen sind weiterhin nicht in der Datenbank enthalten - müssen weiterhin manuell eingerichtet werden. Bislang erfolgte beim Aufrufen der App sofort eine Messung - jetzt muss ich die manuell anstoßen und endlos warten, bis ich das Ergebnis sehe (wenn ich denn so lange Gefuld aufbringe). Oder, zeigt 0% an, ist aber noch was drin. Und man eine Prognose bekommt wie lange das Gas noch ausreicht. Beispiel: Durchschnitts Verbrauch in den letzten x Stunden 500g/h voraussichtlich hält die Glasflasche noch 2:30 Stunden … ### 4/5 — Gas level *2024-11-25, version 2.0.0* Works well but when battery needs replacing a bit of a nightmare my bottle is permanently on the van so a bit of an upheaval when it has to come off ### 4/5 — 13 kg customisation difficult to set up *2024-07-22, version 1.4.1* The app works well with 6kg bottles although at times when changing bottles it fails to detect the new bottle and opts to retry. However although there is the option to customise for different size bottles and I use a 13 kg, I have had problems getting this customisation to work. Das würde doch beim Initialisieren einer neuen Flasche oder - noch besser - auf Wunsch des Anwenders reichen! Kommen denn täglich neue Gasflaschengrößen auf den Markt? Und die Farbgebung (dunkelblau auf dunkelgrau) ist schrecklich und nur im Dunkeln gut abzulesen.
