Since updating to version 4.22.0 each time you leave the vehicle, on your return, you have to reset the iNet box in order to connect via Bluetooth, never happened before update and I’m not the only one with this issue

Trotz dessen, dass die App neu installiert wurde, der iNet Box resettet wurde, verbindet sie sich nicht. Beim Setup will das Ding zwingend Daten für eine SIM Karte haben. Die nutzen wir aber nicht. Damit lässt sich die Installation nicht abschließen. Somit das Teil auch nicht per App bedienen. Bis dahin war alles gut. Bisschen Anstrengend ist, dass man die Nachrichten alle anschauen muss, damit die Markierung weg geht.

Seit letzter Woche wird die Bluetooth-Verbindung zum iPhone immer unterbrochen! Reset und Trennung der Stromversorgung hat auch nichts gebracht! Sehr ärgerlich, hat davor immer zuverlässig funktioniert. Funktioniert nur noch per SMS, wodurch man auf Level-Control (2 Gasflaschen) verzichten muss.
Verstehe nicht, wieso man sowas macht!
Kann doch nicht dauernd ein Reset machen (Sitzbank ausbauen) und dann auch noch 2 Gasflaschen ausbauen um die Bluetooth-Verbindung der beiden Levelcontrol-Sensoren neu zu aktivieren.
Wann kommt ein verbessertes Update?

Außerdem kannst du die Verbindung zur iNet Box durch drücken und halten des Bluetooth Buttons für mindestens 20 Sekunden neu aufsetzen. Be nice if once you have selected a temperature on the scroll toggle that it simple and intuitively set the temperature. But no you have to scroll, find the temperature then press “OK” to accept the new temperature, otherwise it doesn’t accept the change made and reverts back (effectively cancelling the change you just made). Can catch you out easily especially when changing temperatures due to external changes in temperature during the night when half asleep. Annoying. Otherwise it’s fit for purpose.

I have the same issue as Paulyovic. I’ve been in touch with Truma support and have followed their instructions to the letter and I still can’t connect. It’s hateful. Am probably going to throw the iNet box in the trash.

Vorab: Die App läuft bei mir gut und ich bin insgesamt zufrieden. Es wäre aber schön, wenn Funktionen integriert würden, die bislang nur über das Bedienpaneel meiner Truma 4 zu erreichen sind. Zum einen ist dies die Statusanzeige mit der blinkenden Flamme, wenn die Anlage im Heizbetrieb ist. Zum anderen fehlt die Möglichkeit nur das Gebläse - ohne Heizbetrieb - einzuschalten. Vielleicht können Sie dies in einem Update umsetzen.

Kann leider mit der Truma App weder die Truma Inet Fernsteuerung per sms noch den Fahrzstatus anrufen. Meldet Fehlermeldung dass zuerst die sim Karte zu enden konfigurieren sei. Die Funktion per sms hat aber die ganze Zeit funktioniert! Darüber hinaus zeigt mir die Innentemperatur bei Fernabfrage Truma Inet falsch an.

**Developer response:** Hallo Koncorde, hast Du mal einen Reset der iNetBox vorgenommen. Drücke dafür 20 Sekunden lang die Bluetooth Taste an der iNetBox. Diese wird nun auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt. Wenn Du nun noch die App löschst und wieder installierst kannst Du mit der Neueinbindung beginnen. Falls Du weiterhin Probleme haben solltest, kannst Du dich gern bei uns im Service unter Truma.com melden. Dein Truma Team

App stürzt permanent ab/ hängt sich auf. Bin gezwungen nach jedem zweiten Öffnen der App mein Smartphone auszuschalten und wieder neu zu starten. Ist richtig nervend.
Bin gespannt wann die Entwickler das in den Griff bekommen.

Eigentlich eine tolle App.
Nur leider hängt sie sich so etwa nach jedem 5.-7. Mal auf. Muss dann jedesmal das iPhone neu starten, ios 16.3.1 und Vorgängerversionen, unverändert seit 1,5 Jahren, über Abhilfe wäre ich dankbar

Da kauft man sich für nicht wenig Geld eine inetbox und denkt es wird einfacher. Bei jeder neuen Bedienung über die App muss diese neu gestartet werden und das schon seit langer Zeit. Es gibt genug Rezessionen wo das bemängelt wird. Aber nichts tut sich! Auch wäre schön wenn die aktuelle Uhrzeit vom Handy übernommen würde.

Truma App deinstallieren und zwar auch aus deiner iCloud. Hierfür öffne den App Store, gehe auf deinen Account -> gekauft -> Nicht a.d. iPhone -> suche Truma App -> wische nach links und drücke ausblenden. Danach bitte ich Dich die Truma App wieder neu zu installieren. Dein Truma Team

Ich bin noch nicht so lange aufs iPhone umgestiegen und habe deswegen die Bewertungen hier durchgelesen. Das Problem, dass sich die App  beim Neustart aufhängt ist wirklich nicht neu und bei mir auch so. Dass hier immer wieder nur vertröstet wird, ist eigentlich ein Skandal (wie auch der, dass die iNetbox immer noch auf 2G funkt und damit in der Schweiz raus ist). Gute Hardware und Marktbeherrschung ist nicht alles. Software liefert man auf jeden Fall dynamischer aus.

Es fundamental que pongan en su app El Español 🇪🇸 somos muchos los que llevamos mucho tiempo con una justa demanda, así como en los manuales impresos, en pdf. Espero y deseo que incorporen ustedes El Español 🇪🇸a la app. En la actualización 4.8.0 no viene en Español 🇪🇸. Gracias.

This app has worked flawlessly for a couple of years for me but the last update I’ve hit problem.  My phone can pair via Bluetooth with inet box but  inside the app it just dosnt see it. I’ve told it forget and used the Bluetooth wizard and still no joy. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still same. Also the app still says there is an update and when you go to App Store you can only open it there is no download and it’s the installed version.

Alles eingerichtet, doch nach ca. 60 Minuten bricht die Bluetooth-Verbindung ab und lässt sich erst nach einem kompletten Reset wiederherstellen. Das bedeutet, dass jedes Mal alles neu eingerichtet werden muss – für etwa eine Stunde Vergnügen. Ich habe dieses Prozedere nun drei Mal durchgespielt und gebe auf. Sehr enttäuschend! Vor dem letzten Update hat es deutlich besser funktioniert. Das ist eine äußerst schwache Programmierleistung. Offenbar wird nichts vorher getestet – stattdessen direkt eine Feldstudie auf Kosten der Kunden. Wirklich enttäuschend, diese Firmenphilosophie bei Truma.

Mucho odio tienen que tenerle al idioma español para no haber traducido ya esta App. Es difícil de creer como son capaces de traducir la a varios idiomas y no hacerlo del segundo más utilizado en el mundo, después del chino. Espero que pronto puedan superar ese trauma que padecen.

All set up and working well. Great to be able to check the temperature in the van from afar. We can control the heating and hot water just as we expected. It would be helpful if we could use the “vent” function from the app so please add that to an update and we don’t need an advisory message each time we unplug the electrics although I guess if we left the van plugged in and in storage we’d be pleased for a message. I’m sure the warning message for low battery voltage will be appreciated when that happens to us! I find it much easier to use the timer function on the app rather than on the control panel itself so I am now using it where I wasn’t before so I’d say this app and iNet box is excellent.

Had the Truma box on my new Motorhome, didn’t even know it was there until I collected the vehicle. Well after fitting a SIM card it all works fine, never had an issue. Great for controlling the heating when away from the van. Also can check on the temperature when in storage in the winter. Look for to any new developments in the future.

Never realised their was an app to help me align my solar panel until Greentrees in Dereham, Norfolk showed me this app and actually went through it with me to explain how to use it properly. Thanks Truma this is brillaint and Greentrees for downloading it and helping me through it on my iPhone. Bit of a technophobe but thanks to them guys at GT it's gonna be easy from now on! Brillaint! Thumbs up all the way.

Bluetooth verbindet nicht mehr. Ich kann auch kein Update von der App durchführen. Der Button ist nicht aktiv. Meine aktuelle Version 4.13.4 ich kann die Truma LevelControl nicht mehr in die App integrieren bei der Konfiguration sagt er immer wieder Verbindungsfehler. Habe schon die Truma LevelContol App runtergeladen, aber es war / ist schöner alles in einer App zu haben. Liegt da ein Problem von der Software vor? Benutze ein iPhone 11 Pro Max.

**Developer response:** Hallo. Bedauerlicherweise gibt es bei manchen LevelControl Geräten Schwierigkeiten mit der Konfiguration. Hier hilft ein Reset der LevelControl. Dazu muss die Bluetooth Taste 20s gedrückt werden, bis das Gerät neu startet. Anschließend kann das Gerät neu konfiguriert werden.
