It also can’t turn the device on so I have to manually turn it on, pair it in the app, and then I can use the remote control functionality. All other functionality simply does not work. It’s a shame, but I do enjoy the device. This software is simply broken. If we lived in a functional society this would be false advertising and be punished, but alas. I’ll enjoy the massages without having a working app. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2022-12-29, version 1.0.1* As other users have pointed out, the “remote” Bluetooth connection is single use. As soon as you exit the “remote” and re-enter all you get is a blank white screen. You have to go back to the Home screen and remove and add your device every time you use this garbage app. So of course it doesn’t save any associated usage stats. Lazy zero effort app development that’s more focused on directing you to their online store than actually using it for the product you’ve already bought! ### 1/5 — Trumedic, are you reading these reviews?! *2022-12-26, version 1.0.1* Product is OK but app is absolutely useless. Glitchy generally non functioning. Just as the other reviews state, app looses connection consistently. I don’t understand how hard it could be to make an app this basic and seeing all of your customers complain with no attempts to resolve. You can see your device listed but when tapping into it, there’s nothing there. This happens Every single time. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if that remedied the issue, but it did not. The app is easy to use and a huge help in monitoring my weight loss goals. ### 5/5 — Super simple and Intuitive *2022-10-24* I don't usually use the apps associated with products like this but this one is definitely really good. Connects super easily and let's you remote control everything. Makes sense for my neck massager bc I can't contort my body to hit the control buttons on the massager itself lol! The stats section is also cool so I can see how my blood pressure lowers when I use the product for extended periods of time.
