Keep downloading after deleting app because it said update needed. “New” app opens; says open update, has”working on opening updates”. Nothing happens. Been like this for  weeks. I phone says error check back later….again 3weeks. Terrible service and the credit Union are all far from me

I don’t know where all these good reviews come from. Maybe just compared to the old app, that was atrocious?It’s a terrible app and the credit union doesn’t even support setting up credit card autopay online in any way. You have to go to the branch and fill out a form. And “make minimum payment” is not one of the options.  This is basic online credit card support that every other financial institution offers.

The app is not working. I have not been able to access my account for over 3 weeks. I tried using the support option but the message failed. 

Would have given 5 stars

I doubt anything will come from this review but it’s worth a try

Difficult to get started. It was confusing when I had to get back into the app to capture the back of the check.

Much better app compared to previous version. Only suggestion I would make would be to auto-snap check images when getting it within the frame like other apps I have used.

I have been with this Credit Union for years. I have been pleased most of the time. I like that I can let them know when I’m out of town and they take care of me.

The phone app is limited compared to other banks apps. If you go to your computer it works fine.

This is 100 times better than the old app! I was able to install it quickly, check balances, make a transfer and saw a bunch of new options like making a mobile deposit, withdraw via check by mail, view statements, customize my dashboard, and more! 

Much faster and a whole new crisp clean look!! Great job!! I love that my credit union app can do most of what the big bank apps can do!
