Then it completely stopped working. This year we re downloaded it and paid for the subscription again because it’s gotten good reviews and its had time to be updated and fix the glitches. I agree with another reviewer, connect with churches and crowd fund it rather than charge a fee. Families can’t afford another monthly bill to play games. I can’t and I’m a senior. Please help or refund me. ### 1/5 — App does not work! *2026-03-03* I saw an ad on TikTok for TruPlay and I was very excited as the games looked great and I knew it would be a great app for my kids to play where they could also hear the word of God. So I downloaded it and started the free trial. When I installed the app on my phone, which is the new iPhone, it did not work. None of the games worked for me. I open it and sometimes the application works and sometimes I have to close out of it and open it up again and wait for it to load. Once it gets to the main page I clicked on all of the games but none of them would let me play the games it would just be stuck on the loading screen. This was for every single game even the coloring game did not work. The only thing that did work on this app for me was the book section. Where you can look at the different books or have the app read it to you. I also tried this application on one of my children’s older iPad and it did not work at all. None of the games work so unfortunately I have not finished my free trial but I had to just unsubscribe because I’m not going to spend 12 dollars on an application that does not work. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen anything this slow since dial up internet. We were excited for this but it takes so long to even load anything that your kid will immediately lose interest and walk off. Been trying to get a game to play for 30 minutes and have had no luck. Definitely won’t be paying $70 a year for it. Love the game. It all started when my father introduced me to the game and I started to love it! The only two things that bug me is this. I played the recent release, TruPlay trains and I play it every day. The problems that are bugging me is that the game keeps glitching ( also leads to crashing and I have to start over >:( ) and I end up getting hit by a train and having to start over when it was not my fault. It ticks me off! Please fix the bug. Next, ( this is related to the other issue ) there is sometimes a bunch of bolts on the ground and when I use magnets on them, I end up glitching and then my points go from 400 or something to 1000 when that’s not even possible. Please fix these issues and I will take my 4 star rating to a 5 star rating plus a good review.
