The TruPortal™ iPad user interface gives users the freedom to access, manage and control their facility’s TruPortal™ access control system from anywhere (REQUIRED).  TruPortal software supports iPad 2 or newer with iOS 7.x and 8.x.

This was always a non intuitive app but I’ve just discovered that it won’t load on iOS 13 ipad.

Not all features work in this app, unfortunately the developers have not recognized that IOS Mobile devices do not support Flash.  Wish it did, spent a boat load of money on TruPortal camera to work along with the TruPortal door access. I'm starting to regret my investment.
