My app keeps removing the air purifier by itself, so I need to run the setup over and over again. There is a constant connection problem, it does not work for most of times, there is no way to control it through the application. I wanted to update the software of the purfier thru the app with the hope to fix some of the issues, unfortunately, it always failed after at least 10 attempts, either the download was interrupted or the connection with the device was lost. Guess you het what you pay for. For Z3500H air purifier, 1. History doesn’t load anything, it just keep spinning forever 2. Setting schedules doesn’t work - I keep clicking but it just wont change schedule settings 3. Updating firmware doesn’t work - gets stuck midway through, every single time. 4. With so many options out there, it’s tough to know which product is the correct one needed. ### 2/5 — Want to like it *2023-10-24* I want to love this app. I actually had an easy time setting up and linking two smart air purifiers. However, it doesn’t allow me to add any locations for the outdoor AQI. The app allows me to search, it finds my city, but it won’t allow me to actually add it or save it in order to view the outdoor info. I can only cancel my search without adding any locations. I have confirmed I am running the most updated version of the app as suggested by the company, so I’d imagine an app update would be necessary. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2023-05-19* The app doesn’t have per hour scheduling, only per day so you can’t adjust fan speed based on time of day.
