I do appreciate them being helpful ### 1/5 — App *2024-06-28, version 24.1.70* RsIt does not work half of the time. When I want to check my detailed balance, it will not give it to me the first time. I have to process it least 4 to 5 times. I have called customer service and they did not help. Always some kind of error. Takes at least two tries to submit pics to do a deposit and takes forever to pay bills or check my balance just because of errors. And I’ve had the app a couple of years. Not sure why they can’t work out the kinks by now. I really don’t know why I keep bothering with it. Terribly inconvenient. ### 1/5 — App no longer working! *2019-02-08, version 18.2.70* When I tried to use app it triggers Face ID but then does nothing. If it works, they simply say OK we’ll just do it on the website instead.
