全部自動化できると担当から聞いて導入しましたが、正直ほとんど手作業でやってます。後出しで出来ないことが多すぎ、担当の人に言っても話が通じないです。業界の事やシステムも何もわからない人が窓口なのはいかがなものかと思います。

他の人も書いてますが違約金についても契約時はさらっと言われますが、機能が対応していないため使用不能で解約連絡してもまるっと請求されます。
考えている方はそこを加味した方がいいと思います。
