The app crashes when I open it. I see my log in icon and family business labor but it just crashes in about 1 second.

I’m fascinated by sites that tell you your email is not valid yet use it several 50 plus times a day.   Interesting concept but not ready for positive & simple B to B interaction.

This is a good app for viewing content but a bad app for adding content. Most of my family members only interact with the platform using the app, so this is a huge draw back.

- Photo publishing via app is a MUST. (99% of photos are taken with smartphones)
- Clicking on photos in the newsfeed actually takes you to a page where they are smaller, a second click is need to enlarge, seems like rather poor UI and UX design.
- Similar for all items as above, when clicking on all any item in the newsfeed you are always taken to a unnecessary item page, rather than just playing the video or opening the document. Seems like one click too many is required throughout.

The app keeps getting better over time, and is a lot more convenient for me to use than getting on the website.  Overall, the Trusted Family platform has been great for our family — whether it’s being used for anything social, business, or information.

The new version supports Touch-ID and Face-ID and account switching!!

The offline access to documents is very helpful, and having the ability to sign documents from the app is handy!
