This review is for the app. I’ve had to attempted to my information over and over. I have to leave the area then come back. I also wanted to add my RN history them my LPN history. The app didn’t make that easy to do. ### 3/5 — Pros and Cons *2023-11-30, version 3.15.0* I frequently get text message that link to the web site, not the app. And frequently those message are not mentioned whatsoever in the app or site so it’s pointless to send me a text in the first place ### 3/5 — Limit Unnecessary Notifications Please! *2023-07-11* Make it so I can turn off non-assignment related notifications. I don’t want them!! Example: Give aways or other recruiting efforts etc. I make an effort to limit all unnecessary notifications on my phone, but if I limit your app, I won’t get notifications from my inbox, which are usually important and related to my assignment. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Still annoying enough to make me consider it. Otherwise the app usually functions as intended and is easy to navigate. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! However, Trusted's app is the easiest, most user friendly process in the industry. Their pay seems competitive and already I've seen more available assignments than my current company, with better rates. I am an extremely loyal human being by nature and the fact that I'm shopping around for a new company should speak volumes, but Trusted had my respect and attention with their ease of access. Have been working with this agency for a while and noticed some of my work history had been deleted by someone or there’s a serious glitch with their system. Along with that the automated professional summary isn’t accurate. The job listings disappeared on me, with common filters that I know the agency had jobs for, come to find out I had to reset all of the filters to see listings again for some reason. I used to rave about this agency but it seems they’re just working against me now, along with worsening rates and zero room for negotiations. There’s hundreds of other agencies; dozens where I can flourish in, even with nationwide pay decrease. It does not know all of the facilities yet it makes you pick one from the drop down menu and if it’s not there you have contact them which could take hours if not days. Creators please do better.. you can not type in your current license and find jobs according to your qualifications. It makes it impossible to have notifications on. This is unfortunate because it is the only way the staff communicate with you. Trusted Health is hands down the best app for travel. The agents are amazing—especially our agent Allegra, who has been incredible to work with. That said, I’ve had great experiences with the entire team. Their communication is truly top tier, and everyone has such a positive, professional attitude. I also really appreciate how the app clearly shows all the information for each assignment, which makes everything so much easier compared to other applications. The team is great, the support is reliable, and the app makes travel stress-free.
