Scam? *2026-08-12, version 3.2.0* Seems like you have to pay $5.00 a month to be a premium member and get hired period..... ### 3/5 — Ghost Listings *2026-08-02, version 3.2.0* I apply to sooo many branding jobs via the app and they all ask for a reason why I want the job then the app tells me to update my info. There is no way to update. I tried email TH.. no answer. It’s no way that all these job opportunities are supposedly “ available “ yet I don’t get a message. From anyone. And why is the app steady pushing the survey get money quick?? My profile is stuck in 34 percent because I need to “ update” my profile. The distance meter doesn’t work. I continually receive jobs far outside my designated 25 mile radius. It would be nice if the system would be more gender precise so I only receive jobs pertaining to men/male. I spend far too much time combining through non relevant jobs. The terms of service give Trusted Herd full control over your account and can delete you at any time for no reason, severely impacting your ability to do business in this industry. Agencies, once you sign up for a Trusted Herd account you can’t get your account removed! If they feel you’ve violated their terms of service, even if you don’t believe that you did, they will change your password and lock you out, claim the right to use your copyrighted logo and branding as a “review site” and refuse to allow to you to delete your account. Go with a truly trustworthy platform like PopBookings or Piñata. ### 1/5 — Fishy App *2026-06-15, version 3.1.4* Does these companies actually see that we’re interested? Don’t fall for it. They send you an email telling you “activate” your account to use it and when you give them your debit card thinking you’re setting up a payment method they auto sign you up for 3 monthly scam subscriptions that you have to jump through hoops to cancel. Each is around $35/month. This has been the worst experience ever. The email that they send you goes to spam so you will probably never see it and then wonder why your bank account is getting charged almost $100 a month. And before they respond and say it’s not them, there’s a big button in the app that says the same thing. Run! I’m still fighting them to not be charged. Praying on worked trying to make money is the worst level of human life. ### 1/5 — Event & temp assignment worker. *2026-02-13, version 2.2.12* I’ve been looking & applying for 3 months and nothing here. I actively work other platforms but not sure if Trusted Herd has real work. ### 1/5 — THIS IS A SCAM!! THEY JOBS DON’T PAY. *Customer service takes WEEKS to get back to you* *2026-01-08* I worked three days for an agency called The Grayscale Agency, after filing out my W2 and Direct Deposit Forms they allowed me to work and then disappeared. I have filed a complaint faith the Depot of Labor but that takes 30 days to even hear back from them so they have currently still not paid me and there’s nothing I can do about it.
