It becomes a great resource for our unit to address understaffing by creating flexibility. Ever since the update. ### 1/5 — No desktop version *2025-12-28* Super annoying that there isn’t a desktop version. Typically I keep work related stuff off my phone so I can actually be off on my days off. However because of them not having a web version it forced me to download the Authenticator app and give my job access to my personal device and obviously now always have work with me on my days off. 1 star because i can’t give it 0. ### 1/5 — Used to be great.. *2023-05-04* This app was great, but when it became integrated with UKG I’ve no longer been able to get it to work. I’ve reached out to both the app as well as my employer for months with absolutely no help. Currently looking elsewhere to pick up shifts, since I can’t get them at my current employer. ### 1/5 — Hospitals: please look elsewhere *2023-04-21* Recently began using this app and to say it barely works is a compliment. Incentive shifts are randomly generated, their timestamps are not coordinated with the company/user time zone, and shift release notifications are not sent consistently - if at all. Most of the time notifications simply do not get sent out. Reaching out to their helpdesk is futile. I am not the only person who has issues with using this app, the majority of my coworkers do also. Healthcare companies would be better off to have their IT department build their own app. ### 1/5 — Total chaos *2023-04-07, version 1.3.0* Works has been total chaos. Integration with UKG is terribly flawed. ### 1/5 — Big investment for little innovation *2023-03-08* After having some personal frustration with the app offering poor rates and management saying that it’s bugged, I looked into the company. Over 100 million invested for this “AI-backed” app, that is little more than lists and databases that are somewhat merged. Little to no updates, maybe update to a more convenient view, a calendar perhaps, maybe send a notification if there’s a bug. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback!
