## What is TrustGym?

Trust isn't a personality trait. It's a skill and it can be trained.

TrustGym is a daily trust-building practice app. Each day, you get one short exercise (2–5 minutes) designed to develop the specific trust behaviors that research consistently identifies as most important: honest communication, full presence, and intellectual humility.

YOUR DAILY WORKOUT
Three dimensions. One practice per day.

Reliability (Strength) — honest communication, follow-through, integrity under pressure. The trust people feel when they know you mean what you say.

Presence (Cardio) — full attention, active listening, emotional attunement. The trust people feel when they know you're actually with them.

Adaptability (Flexibility) — openness to being wrong, intellectual humility, updating beliefs. The trust people feel when they know you prioritize truth over ego.

YOUR AI REFLECTION COACH
After each workout, share a brief reflection. Your coach, powered by Claude, responds with a personalized, specific observation based on your actual practice. Over time, the coach builds a memory of your patterns and progress, so responses get more useful as you go.

YOUR TRUST JOURNEY
Track your development across all three dimensions. See your diagnostic baseline, watch your scores develop, and get a weekly insight from your coach about what they're noticing in your practice.

THE RESEARCH
The Hale Model is grounded in peer-reviewed organizational psychology research spanning 40+ countries. Mayer, Davis & Schoorman (1995), Google Project Aristotle, Gottman Institute, and cross-cultural trust research from the past 30 years. This isn't self-help. It's applied behavioral science.

NO WEIGHTS. NO RUNNING. NO REPS.
Five minutes. A reflection. A response. That's the whole practice.

Free to download. Start the diagnostic today.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 2.3 — 2026-05-06

Streamlined workout journey for clarity and ease.

### 2.1 — 2026-04-08

The workout experience is cleaner and smarter.
Your journal and AI coach sections are now visually distinct so it's always clear what's private and what your coach reads. The keyboard no longer covers your text while typing. Swipe down to dismiss a workout. Completed workouts collapse to keep your Today tab clean.
When you finish a workout, you go straight to your Coach tab and watch the response arrive in real time — your reflection shows up in the conversation so you can see your own words. The coach now understands all the workouts you've done in a day and won't mix up feedback between them.
Your trust scores can no longer drop below your diagnostic baseline.
Notification setup now has its own screen during onboarding. The Community tab now leads with the local organization finder — search your city or zip code to find vetted 501(c)(3) organizations near you.

### 2.0 — 2026-04-08

Version 2.0 — Diagnostic scoring fix and updated App Store screenshots.

— Fixed: trust dimension scores on the Today tab now correctly reflect your diagnostic results from onboarding. Previously, Strength, Cardio, and Flex tiles showed 0 on first launch regardless of how you scored. Your diagnostic baseline now sets your starting position accurately.

— Updated App Store screenshots to reflect the current app design.

### 1.7 — 2026-04-08
