I’ve seen this on multiple devices and reported via account manager, but it doesn’t appear to be making it to the Dev team. When it does reregister, I don’t need a notification of a ‘new device’ when the device has been previously registered. Additionally, while trying to interact with an incident, reference links were provided in comments by analyst, and while I understand the value in it making them clickable, preventing me from selecting and copying text out of the incident makes the app pretty much useless. ### 3/5 — Nice app but has login issue *2020-08-25* The app works great for monitoring tickets and assets. Unfortunately the app has trouble remembering the user info.
