I have been using the app for a while, but after last iOS update it stopped working.
 Please fix the issue

Don’t waste your time on this app until it is fixed.  Always have problem logging in.  I was directed by developer to login on their web page.  Report text is so small you cannot read it.  You cannot even zoom in to read the report.  You shouldn’t have an app unless you maintain it.

I been trying for months to get the app set up to play a little bit mor with my unit and is not coming up. Stay frozen on a white screen. I do even wait for couple of hours with the app on to see if something comes up...but nothing. This app is not good.

I don’t have any problem with the unit itself. Is a great product and a amazing quality. My issue is the app.

So this is a water heater but some more info would be appreciated. On the main panel of the unit in the garage you can easily see what the max temperature is set to and what the current temperature of the water leaving the unit is. The app you can only see what the max temp is set too. 
Having controls of the schedules and peak/off peak would be great. Especially for rentals and remote homes. 
Reporting is basic. Would love to see max and average temperature over selected times. Like max/average by selected hour. Or max and average by selected day 
Also total power utilization by hour/day/week/month/year as well as selected periods. 

Ability to export to iPhone function to pdf/Email/text would be great. 

Notification integration for alerting/alarm so app can tell us right away if there is an issue would be truly useful. 

Automatic notification in app of any alerts/alarms actions would be good.

This App worked for about 1 year and now we only get white screen. We have the most recent version. What happened?  Our plumber won’t call back and no response from Trutankless customer service. Did they go out of business?

When the app works it nice to be able to set the temperature.  Now the app just opens to a blank white screen.  If they get it working again it would be nice to have some reporting metrics.
