Please fix this glitch. It’s making my life very frustrating. ### 3/5 — I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT I HAVE TO BUY *2024-11-05* I don’t understand it. When I first got the app the dramatization was good. Then it disappeared. I could only read scripture which is okay. But I do like to listen to it as well. Then purchases popped up so that’s where I lost it. What do I have to buy to listen again? I have fond memories of listening to Saint Paul dip his pen in ink, shut a door, stole the fire, and even cough. It really opens up the imagination. Plus, it’s a digital Ignatius Study Bible! My only reservation with 5 stars is the Daily Readings. They are wrong too often. At least, not in line with the USCCB. ### 3/5 — Really unfortunate typographical errors — question marks instead of dashes *2022-11-16, version 9.08.007* Even several years after notifying the developer of typographical errors — where question marks appear in the text where they shouldn’t be (thus obscuring the meaning), the errors are still there as of Nov 2022. It’d be nice if they could take the time and effort to fix them. It shouldn’t be that hard — “find and replace”? Command-F? My Catholic brethren, you cannot proclaim the truth without knowing God’s word. Like a time travel in the blink of a prayer like the proverbial ( ? ) fly on the wall , yet now you stand allong side of them all. Your blessed lives are a blessing to me others. Wait till your hearing again and again. Old Testament Audio works availabe ? Yep, thats why you got at least 5 stars from me. The daily mass readings are wonderful as well as the explanations of underlined words that maybe difficult to understand! Yes, I’m extremely happy with this Bible! ### 4/5 — Great until update *2022-07-12* I use this app practically daily and it’s been a great resource. The recent update wiped my two years of tags and highlights. I don’t understand it. I’ve emailed the company and I have not heard back. I have years of bookmarks, so I always feel a little panicked when my data is all gone. This last update several years worth of bookmarks disappeared and would not restore when I logged in and synced. I tried contacting their support and got nothing back, but I just now deleted the app and reinstalled, and then my bookmarks finally synced back up. ### 5/5 — Latest upgrade is awful *2021-10-18* I am so upset right now at the changes that were made to this app that I’m practically in tears that all my notes have disappeared. I have low vision and the gray type on the white background used for the menu is impossible for me to see. ### 3/5 — New update no good *2021-08-30* I wish there was a way we could opt to go back to the old interface. It was much more user friendly, had more options, and was easier to navigate. I’ve used this app less with the new update since it’s more clunky and more difficult to read the Bible. It’s strange that it never shows up when you search “bible” in the App Store, but it’s a great edition! I like annotating and bookmarking passages, and being able to create my own tags for passages so that I can revisit a theme later. For example, one of my tags is “trusting God,” and whenever I read something on the topic, I bookmark/ tag the passage. I love the way that everything syncs together perfectly and that this uses the RSVCE-2 edition.
