Paid for subscription but I am unable to access any search reports. A result is returned but when the result is selected, the application displays one of 2 things: 1. a time out error message 2. A message noting the report contents have been removed from the system.

I paid for this app and have tried multiple searches on myself and other people and the app just spins and spins and then says that record has been deleted. Complete junk. I don't know if the tech doesn't work or if most people opt out but save your money. Now finding it impossible to delete my account. What a pain.

The amount of incorrect information that it has on people is astounding! Schooling that people never went to, address they never lived at and the amount of aliases that are wrong! Don’t waste your money on this app!

Contacted support after purchasing off Apple app. Please try another background check. You will pay 27 bucks upfront and then nada and support says you didn’t complete purchase. Sickening to be bamboozled out of over 25 bucks for an app. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Just wanted to do a search of my husband and myself. Said my husband has a home on east coast and was arrested for DUI. We live on west coast, my husband doesn’t drink. Most of the info stopped being accurate around 2020.  Coincidence?  My info was just as bad. Wasted $35 for an hour of searching us just to find out most of the information is blended with other people.  Don’t know how this company has so many positive reviews.

I couldn’t find traffic and criminal records on several individuals. 
I did better just inputting names and birthdates in a basic and free google search.
It is what it is. 
Some info is complete while others are not. Not worth the expense unless you subscribe to several of these companies but that becomes costly.
I recommend exhausting all public and free search engines before buying this info and then again you may not get the information that is already out there for free.
So its a coinflip.

Don’t bother wasting your $ with this app. It doesn’t give you anymore information that you couldn’t find on your own for free. Trust me. You can find out more on your own. Don’t waste your money. It’s just a scam and only gives you bare basics at the max. Doesn’t include all criminal history either. It’s a scam.

Be aware, once you find out how useless the info they give you is and you try and cancel your subscription or delete the app, it sends you in circles from the app to the website. Neither of which is allowing me to cancel.
