I really thought it would provide some info that I couldn’t easily find in a basic online search. ### 3/5 — Not complete only partial info *2026-07-22, version 1.31.9* I couldn’t find traffic and criminal records on several individuals. I did better just inputting names and birthdates in a basic and free google search. It is what it is. Some info is complete while others are not. Not worth the expense unless you subscribe to several of these companies but that becomes costly. I recommend exhausting all public and free search engines before buying this info and then again you may not get the information that is already out there for free. So its a coinflip. If you decide you want to delete your account, you can’t do so within the app. You can only do so on the website. But when you try to login on the website, it traps you in a never ending loop of sending verification emails that don’t work. I have contacted customer support about this and they are quite literally ignoring me and repeating the same unhelpful “advice”’over and over. Horrible company, horrible app, horrible customer service. To find out the names of the recent and regular callers, I was able to listen to his calls, read his emails, chats, and texts, and look at his call records. But when I was doing searches as a Consultant I turned to Truthfinder. It was simply the best. Information mostly accurate and I say mostly because some information just is not available. But Truthfinder comes very, very close to complete accuracy. They seem to know and have tapped into records that others have not. Also, the customer service is excellent. The friendly, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to keep you satisfied with their product. I would not use another.
