## What is TruvaLI?

TruvaLI is the mobile client for the TruvaLI AML and fraud monitoring platform. It is built for compliance officers and analysts who need to see what is happening while they are away from their desk.

LIVE MONITORING
Decisions, alerts and the video call queue land on the dashboard the moment they happen. When a transaction is rejected, you see it within seconds.

CASE FILES
Watch list, postponed cases and closed cases. Each case brings customer details, alert history, risk scores and the AI assessment together on one screen, and you can open the raw data behind the rule that triggered an alert.

SECURE DEVICE PAIRING
There is no username or password. You pair your device by scanning a QR code generated inside your own session in the web console, so your identity is already established. Every paired device is listed in the admin console and can be revoked at any time.

Session tokens are held in the iOS Keychain. The refresh token rotates on every use, so a stolen older token is worthless.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Authorised staff at organisations that run the TruvaLI platform. You need an account in your organisation's TruvaLI installation to use this app; accounts cannot be created from the app.

PRIVACY
The app connects only to your organisation's own TruvaLI server. That address comes from the QR code and is not hard-coded in the app. There are no third-party analytics, tracking or advertising components. The camera is used only to read the sign-in QR code; frames are never stored or transmitted.
