### 1/5 — Was working for 2 straight years. Now straight garbage.

Nov. 1, 2021. Had this app to monitor 8 cameras at my business and it has been great for 2 straight years. Recently, it says “connection lost” on all cameras. I have had to delete the app or sign out, re-configure and set everything up again and again, over and over about a dozen times. it’s frustrating as hell. If it’s an issue on the app, PLEASE FIX.

I have had this for few years. It was first setup with ezddns. Worked fine. But that stopped working 1 year. Than I set it up with up address. This worked till last week. Now it will not even sync. Really disappointed with this app.

App has been working fine for 3years. Now all of a sudden it no longer works on my iPhone X mobile data when I am away from home.  
Very disappointed as this is why I installed the cameras in the first place. 
Is there another app I can use.

4g access has stopped works fine when connected to WIFI but not on 4g. Support links don’t work. We buy your product but don’t have the support. This can’t be isolated to just two customers. Please reply

Always dropping out and won’t reconnect. Currently the app works great if I am at home on my home WiFi but if I am out on 4G network it displays ‘no permission’ , this issue is new and it used to work fine on 4G. Nothing has changed . How do I fix this ?

Using the same setup for 2 cameras using the same up address, userid and password with two different ports, 8001 for cam 1 and 8003 for cam 2, does not work. I can alternate the port setting on one or the other camera setup and it will work but cannot run both at the same time. #FAIL

In my case, I can view when I’m not connected to wi-fi. However, two other people tried it on their phones, it works completely fine wi-fi or LTE but I have an iPhone and they had Samsungs. Not sure if it’s because of the IOS update

Delta chubb + true vision ne marche pas avec un iphone
Surprenant, mais c est ainsi
Je vois que d autres ont signalé ce probleme, mais ça n a pas l air de gêner chubb delta
Je vais résilier mes contrats avec eux car c est inadmissible et ils ne proposent pas d autres solutions. Par contre le prélèvement automatique continue de fonctionner !

Ayant pris une gestion de surveillance chez Chubb Delta, cette application m’a été vantée car pour mon commerce je souhaite avoir la possibilité de visualiser ce qu’il s’y passe en cas de déplacements. Seulement cette application ne fonctionne pour ainsi dire jamais depuis l’installation. Que je sois dans l’enceinte du commerce connecté à la Telesurveillance ou que je sois en extérieur, même résultat. Fortement déçue, pour moi aucun apport supplémentaire!

I tried everything, updating the app plenty of times, Notifications are on in the app and in the iPhone settings and still no notifications. Also I only get live view at home not away from from home how is this surveillance? I had this app for over a month I had enough. Don’t waste your time with this app please!

Any plans on updating the app when viewing cameras in “remote playback mode” that makes it easier to “see” and “identify” movement on the display bar relating to motion of a “physical person” and not “bugs” or “insects”. I have turned the sensitivity down on all my cameras but they still pick up motion on bugs flying around my porch lights which makes it hard to figure out when a motion signal is received, if it’s truly a person or just an object flying around.

Can someone help me with restoring my cameras viewing on my mobile app ASAP?

I use the app to watch my dogs at their boarding place and each time I have to delete the app, reload and hope it works. The Kennel has tried to help with this but we keep having issues. Sometimes it works but mostly is frustrating.

this app, while free, generally works in summer time, except when there is rain, wind, or thunderstorms. When it gets to 0C or colder it works, less than 50% of the time, Even with wired Cameras.  Support is non-existent, and the included manual, does not cover anything that goes wrong. There is no trouble shooting section.

Unfortunately this app is absolutely useless! We are unable to connect our cameras to start a live view - we get “connection failed” ALL THE TIME! Makes the system pretty useless if I can’t connect to see what’s happening remotely! 

This seems like the biggest issue that users are having - I’m not sure why this company isn’t doing something to fix the problem?! 😡

There are so many bad reviews that must be from poorly deployed or network issues. This system works very well. I’ve installed systems from 1 to over 100. Only issues I see are when the network is preventing access. Cameras and recordings are more customizable and personalized to work reliably. No false triggering or bulky power cords. This is not a DIY system from google designed to be just enough while mining your personal data for revenue. 🤔 If you want full control and a secure system this is it. Get a qualified pro to install. If you are happy with good enough and don’t mind your personal data out there on the internet get a Nest!

Connection failure all of the time. But if you go to your network settings on the recorder and just save it once (hit apply) without changing anything, it starts working. 
The 5 Stars are for Infinity Controls Calgary, AB ( not for app developer. 1 star for app developers) 
Otherwise I love this system and app.

Works great with the EverFocus ESK 1000 IP Sidekick you must know the default IP # of the IP camera go to camera set up and put in the default IP address

Après avoir supprimer l'application puis réinstaller. Le logiciel fonctionne a merveille une fois ses codes validés. Il y a même la fonction de visionner à distance ses bandes d'enregistrements.

The app works very good.
I just suggest an improvement. 
Improve the timebar’s precision in remote playback. It is pretty hard to choose the seconds correctly. We have to be very very careful by moving the finger very very slowly.

I work for an alarm company and also have this in my home. I absolutely love it! It is easy to use and allows you to view up to 4 cameras. The only thing I wish they could do is make an app for the iPad with better resolution.

Application qui fonctionne sans aucun souci avec mon enregistreur GE Security DVSRxU et mon iPad hormis la taille de l'image bien petite et pixelisée lors de l'agrandissement.

Un petit effort pour sortir une version compatible iPad.
