خدمة عملاء سيئة وتعتمد على مكاتب تأجير نقلت للتطبيق وللخدمة عيوب ومساوئ مكاتب التأجير التقليدية. ضبط الحودة منعدم. التطبيق يفتقر لكثير من المتطلبات وعلى رأسها فعالية الخرائط والارقام والعناوين. يفتقد ايضاً لنظام الفواتير ولا يرسل نسخة من الطلب للعميل والنسخة الوحيدة الموجودة في التطبيق وناقصة جدا في بياناتها.
