The system need some improvement, it is very inconvenient for the customer to always reload 20 ringgit every time we want to ride it even we still have a lot of balance. We asked for refund also since we wont use it anymore however they don’t refund exactly the same amount as they stated (they refunded lesser amount, like only 40% from your balance). Won’t recommend anyone to try it, wasn’t worth any penny. ### 1/5 — Feels like i got scam *2025-03-12, version 3.11.1* It was fun at first, but get worse later when you want to ride for a certain time then you need to have minimum RM20 credits in the app, okay that’s fine.. I had RM19, i wanted to top-up and make it RM20, and guess what? minimum amount to top-up is RM10.
