## What is Trymata Testing?

The Trymata app is for registered Trymata testers or guest testers to find and take paid tests of websites, apps, and other mobile products. During a Trymata test, you will record your screen and voice as you try to perform tasks on the target site/app, and give feedback about what you like and dislike, what's easy or difficult, and where you get frustrated or confused. The researchers running the tests will use your feedback to improve the user experience of their designs! 

You don't have to be a UX/design expert to take Trymata tests – you just have to be willing to provide your honest thoughts and opinions as you try out the various products for testing. Tests can take anywhere from 5-60 minutes to complete, but are usually in the 10-25 minute range. Each available test will show an estimated duration before you choose to perform it.

I just wasted twenty minutes of my life on an underpaid test; the pay was not commensurate with the tasks provided and then when o completed the test, it failed to upload. I will not be completing any more mobile tests with this company.

I recently switched from Android to IOS and since downloading this app onto my iPhone, each time i attempt to login, the app crashes. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app, but the issue still hasn’t resolved.

The desktop version works great. The app does not. I’ve taken four tests via the app, and at the conclusion three of the videos failed to upload and deleted the entire test. (The fourth test had a separate issue). Each test takes about 30-45 minutes, so it’s a big waste of time when you get to the end and lose your entire video plus don’t get paid. I reached out to support three times and never heard back. Incredibly frustrating. I won’t be taking tests through Trymata anymore.
