This is a significant oversight in 2024, as most banking apps have long embraced these technologies. Most of the functions are fine but had we known TSB didn’t have Apple Pay we probably would’ve gone with another bank. ### 2/5 — Needs overhaul *2023-11-02, version 1.14.5* TSB mobile banking app is very much in the dark ages. So needs to be undated. PLEASE can we be allowed to download our visa statements from app instead of having to constantly connect to a online computer to download. ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2023-10-15, version 1.14.4* Really frustrating that you can’t see the account number you’ve sent a payment to - instead you have to muck around, logging into their website to view where the money went. Can’t view statements in the app. Really? Can’t login with Face ID - this gets annoying pretty fast and makes TSB’s tech look really weak compared to ANZ and BNZ’s apps. The font for transactions is too small. It’s also annoying that it removes capital letters (except the first one) from transaction references - makes it hard to read and looks like it’s littered with typos I didn’t make. ### 3/5 — TSB app *2023-07-17, version 1.14.3* This app has its conveniences when it's working, super frustrating. And here they are: we can now log in with a PIN number. Congratulations TSB on delivering a solid upgrade. To those reviewers who have complained for years that the app lacks touchID and faceID I say: rejoice in the simplicity of this app. Give thanks that it is not loaded with useful features as other bank’s mobile apps are. ### 1/5 — Please refine your app *2025-04-06, version 1.19.0* Please refine your app, it is really basic, not too many functions in your app, which you will have to use the online banking via the computer. Please have a look at ANZ’s app, maybe you can make it easier to use like others. Also please add Face ID to your login system. I was easily able to setup my apple wallet through the app which I hadn’t expected. The latest update was a refreshed look. Yes it looks fresher and more modern but the introduction of so much white space is disappointing. White space is not needed to make apps look modern.
