Kind of a bummer since it’s a preferred way for me to clock in and out. I’ve also lost the ability to use any of the apps like benefits portal. ### 4/5 — Poor instructions *2026-04-16* Trying to mark my time away and instructions to do so are useless. Doesn’t say if you check to make yourself available or uncheck yourself! Old system much better! ### 2/5 — App issues and thangs need changed *2026-02-22* There is a lot of things wrong with this app. The layout is awful and can be very confusing and not helpful. Switching from My Schedule to were everything is going to be on here then everything needs to be ran more smoothly and efficiently. Request time off or days off is A LOT MORE CONFUSING and was much simpler and easier on My Schedule. You also now can’t see who your working with anymore on days you work witch is also very awful because if you have a call off or something and need to find a replacement for an evening shift you don’t know who worked the morning and could be wasting your time calling in people that worked morning shift already. Seeing who you work with IS A MUST. ### 1/5 — There’s a bug problem with this app *2026-02-21, version 2.0.34_52* Since putting this app on my phone I’ve had nothing but trouble with the username and password. I’ve lost count after 5 password changes there’s also a bug between the phone and computer I’ve had to reset the password on the computer to. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-02-19, version 2.0.34_52* This app is a pain and never lets me log into my phone and now we’re supposed to look at our schedule on here hit or miss if it works for me🤦🏼‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-02-16* Doesn’t save passwords, doesn’t autofill info, takes forever to even check my schedule and can’t even let me get into work mode even though I’m in the store. Tractor really wasted their money on this one. ### 1/5 — Verification code not working *2026-02-13, version 2.0.30_50* This app has been a pain to use since the beginning! Now it won’t let me log in saying the verification code is not working after it was just sent. Requiring all employees to now use this app to check schedule, request time off, and sign in, all the bugs should have been resolved before rolling out. Also the fact that all of our requested and approved time off has been kicked out of the system is absolutely ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Costs money to download *2026-02-11, version 2.0.30_50* I’m not going to pay to get an app for work ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-02-10* Awful app, barely works half the time and they’re making it harder for the employees to clock in and check schedules. I had me sign in then sends me a verification code that never works. I can try it several times with new codes every time and it said invalid code. It would be nice if it just accepts my password and not need a verification code. Everything would be fixed then. It’s a stupid app ### 1/5 — Not LOADING ? *2025-12-22, version 2.0.30_50* It use to load all the apps on there but now it hasn’t been working and loading all of the apps and I need to use it! ### 1/5 — It’s a PAIN to be honest. *2025-12-17* This app is a pain, and I’ll explain why I think that. It’s not a issue with freezing or even how slow the app is. It’s the fact that the useful tools and features on this app that make it worth having and make my work life easier, constantly get changed and removed. They are constantly fixing what’s not broken. Leave the app alone and give us back our tools that make our work life easier. Such as being able to see my teams schedule. So I can see who I’m working with manager and teammate wise. So I’ll know how to prepare for my day. Unfortunately I can’t access the app on my mobile device currently. The biometric sign in feature isn’t working. Also two factor authentication and/text message verification code repeatedly says the code received and entered is incorrect. MFA message pops up. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-06-08* Couldn’t even begin to review the thing doesn’t even work. I keep getting the same error. MFA set up required. I’m out of the network? I’m out of the network? ### 3/5 — Work mode of the app isn’t working *2025-04-09* I’m unable to do my learning on the go high 5 training because my app won’t let me go into work mode to do the training. When I try to switch from personal to work mode, it says that “work mode is not accessible on your personal device.” The learning on the go app is also missing from my app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless as a time clock app. *2026-05-06* The time clock only works literally 2 ft from the computer I typically clock in and out on. So it’s effectively useless. If I can’t be more than 2 ft from the main computer what’s the point of needing the app? I can print my schedule clock in and out at one spot already why do I need 2 devices to achieve the same thing? ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-04-11* This app has way too many problems. My biggest complaint is you can’t see your schedule, who you work with, you can’t put in request for time off or times you’d like to work, and it half the time won’t load to so you can log in & out. It also ask if the times are correct the you punched in and out but you. And see the times. Go figure. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my schedule ### 1/5 — Half finished and virtually un-useable — might as well return to paper and pen or word of mouth *2026-04-04* I am getting pretty exhausted and unmotivated by how little this app functions. Never getting any confirmation that time off requests are submitted, no way to edit punches, checking “Remember Me” only for SSO to forget me every time, everything is half finished. I’m sure the people working on these apps are just as exhausted as the Team Members. Tractor, you have the resources to do better, so do better. ### 1/5 — Difficult app *2026-04-01* The app is difficult to use and doesn’t use SSO so you constantly have to sign in to everything you open within the app. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2026-03-18* This app is poorly designed and not very user-friendly. There are a lot of bugs the most annoying one being the pay statements when you go to look at a specific pay statement if you want to print or download those options show up for a second and then they go away and then a message appear saying * To ensure the best experience, we recommend downloading and viewing this PDF in a PDF reader. ### 1/5 — Worst Tsc app *2026-03-12, version 2.0.34_52* The TSC&Me app is a complete mess. It feels like it’s held together with duct tape and hope. It’s honestly one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used, having to sign in twice just to see when I have to work is completely unnecessary and stupid. The interface is so glitchy constantly freezing and overall sucks. It is incredibly inconvenient and Tsc should go back to the original app we have used for years. Tractor supply why change something that doesn’t need fixing!! ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-03-10, version 2.0.34_52* Love when the app decides randomly when to work ### 1/5 — I hate it *2026-03-04* Half of the time, the app doesn’t even load. The other half of the time, it freezes and boots me out. My time-off requests are dust in then wind, and I cannot access my schedule when I need to. Store managers can’t seem to figure out the new scheduling system, which leaves entire teams struggling to adapt to wonky schedule releases, unhinged publishings, and almost no communication. I hate this app. I hate that it over-complicates simple procedures. I hate that it was released, chock full of bugs, insufficiencies and shortcomings. Yuck. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t function properly, ever *2026-03-04, version 2.0.34_52* This app is horrible, it never loads at home or at work. It’s so frustrating to put in your password, then have it ask for a text code every single time you want to check your schedule. Maybe do some more research in building apps before you shove literally every aspect of our daily lives at work into a non functioning, non user friendly app that never works. We all hate this app and desperately miss MySchdule and Kronos. Bug fixes as of 2 weeks ago? What a joke. Want to know your schedule for the store and who you work with that day? Good luck! Get ready for a constant “loading” animation of grey squares and “hold tight! Your content is loading” and then nothing works. TSC, there’s still time to go back. Not all change is good and worth embracing.
