It’s pretty much required for my job. However, ever since the latest update the Face ID has not let me login. It keeps saying that I have “invalid credentials” even though I’m using the same credentials that I use to login regularly. Face ID really made the login process easier, and I’d like to be able to use it again. ### 1/5 — Latest Update Caused Problems *2023-04-09* The app used to work fine. Since the latest update, about a week ago, the login page is TINY. I could deal with having to enlarge the page to login, but you can’t login and stay logged in. It logged you out after a couple minutes or as soon as you close the screen. I cannot enable Face ID, because, although my user ID and password work on the login page, when I try to go to settings and set up face ID, it says my credentials are invalid. Please fix this now asap please ### 2/5 — It definitely needs work… *2022-07-27* Great idea for an app, but definitely needs some refinement: 1) dark mode compatible. a great option, but not super important 2) widget functions. being able to see your schedule for the week on your home screen without having to log in and out of the app would be fantastic. opening the app would allow the widget to update if there were any changes made, etc. this would bump my rating up to 3-4 stars solely because of ease of use. I’m a non-tech savvy old guy and figured it out on my own, but see how some employees might have issues with the initial login. Once downloaded, enter your employee number (without the zeros) in both fields.
