Tried a hand full of IDs but it won’t scan a single one. The app used to work great but now it’s just broken ### 1/5 — Scanning *2024-03-30* After update you can’t scan in any vehicles or generate loaner agreements can’t scan DL or Vehicles ### 1/5 — DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! *2023-12-26* This app is terrible! it constantly freezes & always needs to update!! it’s very embarrassing when you’re dealing with a customer and you’re trying to use the app but it freezes up on you and you have to ask the customer for their information and start the process all over again! if you can find a better app for your business, I suggest you do so, because this one is terrible! ### 2/5 — Error Messages *2022-05-12* I have gotten many error messages when first opening the app (which you can bypass by hitting “OK”) as well as when creating agreements for existing customers. It took me 1 hour to have it down pact . It’s so easy to use even the mobile version ! Also it has a training options to help you learn ! Highly recommend for companies to use TSD ### 4/5 — Update suggestion *2021-12-17, version 2.564* Need to record name of person setting up appt. or latest update to record on file. Ability to save an incomplete record without starting over. Require insurance expiration date and deny ability to compete appt without an updated insurance update. In the case of an expired drivers license deny ability to complete rental Include ability to add another driver in existing appt. Not sure if it exist….but need ability to have text sent to all customers on agreement. Ability to add a rental vehicle not on file. ### 4/5 — Good App, Could Be Better *2020-02-18* App is pretty seamless, few issues here and there revolving around minor bugs but beyond that, it’s a handy app. The main reason I didn’t give it five stars is the login process. There is no option for Cirro to remember your credentials, meaning every time you open the app, you have to type in your information. The iPhone has a “remember password” option, but it’s a four step process that is only slightly faster. When I contacted Cirro Support to suggest a quality of life update, be more like email or social media apps the require one login after download, then never again, and they basically said the only way to access a fast login was to set up Touch ID or Face ID. My phone is too old to support Face ID, and I’ve never been able to set up Touch ID, due to health issues. So basically, anyone who doesn’t have/can’t afford a brand new phone or doesn’t have working fingers has to suffer through the old, slower login. Printing closed agreements from the phone/tablet would be nice, as well as quicker access to “Cirro Web” from the settings screen on the app, access that doesn’t freeze or require you to login AGAIN. ### 3/5 — scannin *2024-04-06* it decided to stop scanning co drivers licenses lately ### 3/5 — Password/Update *2024-02-20* Frequently loses password on iPhones. Have to search password in order open app. ### 3/5 — Fairly constant glitches that support won’t fix *2022-05-19* If a customer’s license is already stored and you type in their number, after you pick the loaner and try to open a contract, it has an error. Out of state license always causes issues. ### 3/5 — Bugs *2021-07-07* Can’t close contracts when they have multiple damage reports due to not being able to scroll down the screen completely. Every “update” doesn’t address this issue. Please fix because we like having a history report of vehicle damage instead of having to delete the older ones just to “close” the contract. ### 3/5 — It’s just OK *2021-03-19* So many weird bugs. For example: once in a while you choose a unit to add to the contract it will pop up some random unit number (missing some digits) is on a hard hold. You click ok, and then you can complete the ticket. Also, if you do have a unit on hard hold, go to another device to remove it, the app will never let you complete your ticket with that unit number. You have to start the contract all over. Also, if you have a unit on hard hold, the app will never tell you that it’s on a hold. Ever. Do you return the car on the app, it goes to be prepped for next rental, and you only know about the hard hold when you go to put the car on a contract.
