Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Broken App, False Promises, and Zero Support T *2025-10-02* I’ve submitted 3–4 support tickets trying to get this app working again. It never asks for network access, which it needs, so it’s completely unusable. Either outdated or just bad programming. For 2 weeks I’ve contacted support every day — they just tell me “24 hours” but never follow up or fix anything. When you use the chat and they can’t solve the problem, they just disconnect. They actually have 3 apps: M-Smart, T-Smart (basically the same), and the legacy Toshiba app. None of them work, and support doesn’t even realize the two new ones don’t support window units. Original review: I purchased a Toshiba smart microwave so that my wife, who is visually impaired, could use it via the app. The app doesn’t work at all well with the inbuilt Apple accessibility feature VoiceOver. This microwave and app has the potential to be such a boon for the VI community but, until this app is made accessible, it is just a big disappointment. It needs to be redesigned to work with screen reading software. I was looking forward to recommending this to VI acquaintances but I cannot. ### 1/5 — App mẹ gì.
