## What is TSPAY?

Your Global Assets, One Account

TSPAY is a multi-currency digital wallet and foreign exchange platform.

Cards are issued by licensed banks or electronic money institutions in Europe or Singapore, which are principal members of the Visa and/or Mastercard global payment network.

TSPAY operates as a program manager and does not engage in deposit-taking or banking activities.

All customer funds are safeguarded by licensed financial institutions in accordance with applicable AML and KYC regulations.
