## What is Tsukemono?

Tsukemono is a timer and journal for homemade pickles and ferments, inspired by Japanese tsukemono.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
- You forgot a cucumber in the nuka bed and it turned far too salty
- Your quick pickles were never quite ready, or ready hours ago
- You can't remember how long the last good batch took

Tsukemono takes care of all of it.

KEY FEATURES

Start in seconds
Choose an ingredient and a pickling method. Tsukemono suggests a time based on the ingredient, the method and where you keep it (fridge or room temperature). Cucumber, eggplant, daikon, carrot and other staples are built in.

Status at a glance
Every jar is color-coded as Pickling, Almost ready, Ready or Over-pickled, so you always know what to take out first.

Alerts before it's too late
Get notified when a pickle is ready, and again if it has been left in too long. Set quiet hours so nothing buzzes in the middle of the night.

Pickling journal
When you take something out, rate it and note how salty and sour it was. Look back through your history to repeat a great batch, and filter by method, storage or rating.

Learns your taste
Tsukemono learns the times you prefer and suggests them next time. The more you use it, the closer it gets to your taste.

One-tap repeat
Start the same pickle again with a single tap from your history.

Widgets
See how long until your pickles are ready without opening the app. Small, medium and large Home Screen widgets plus three Lock Screen styles. The widget shows the pickle closest to ready.

SUPPORTED METHODS
Nuka (rice bran pickles) / Quick pickles / Vinegar pickles / Salt pickles / Other

PREMIUM (ONE-TIME PURCHASE)
- All widget sizes (free: small Home Screen and inline Lock Screen only)
- Unlimited active pickles (free: up to 3)
- No ads
- Advanced notification settings (an alert shortly before ready, and when to send the over-pickled alert)

Your pickle records stay on your device. No account required.
