I’m trying to cancel called for help got number but doesn’t exist. Just need to cancel not around enough for full benefit. The price went up over 30 percent so I decided to cancel. The website says to use the app. Ok, fine. I had to close and open the app multiple times since the buttons to submit were grayed out. I finally get in… and my membership isn’t listed. It has my way wash history, but not my membership. Ok. Fine. The website says just hit the “migrate my membership” link. Which doesn’t work. My location is not even an option and it won’t let me select any of the others. So apparently I can’t cancel? Great marketing, I guess. If you’re looking for a car wash, I’d look for a different one ### 2/5 — Still no receipt *2026-05-16, version Version 11.1.2639* I use this membership for my work vehicle. My company card is charged for renewal. I’m required by company for a receipt. I have repeatedly ask for a receipt and No-one has been able to provide a receipt. Or assist in finding one. I have looked all through the app but have been unable to find a receipt function. I was also told by a representative of Tsunami that it would be Emailed to me. That has yet to happen. My email is linked correctly as I have received promotional emails. ### 1/5 — Not very user-friendly *2026-05-15, version Version 11.1.2639* This app is not very good. I can’t modify or cancel my membership and it’s very annoying. ### 1/5 — Scam company *2026-05-13, version Version 11.1.2639* I had a life promotion for $20 a Month for the top plan as I signed up for one of the new grand openings in my town, beginning of the year. Only the first however many people that signed up got this plan. Noticed in my bank statement this last month, I got billed for the full price, well turns out my promotion is now gone and it’s full price. Definitely not going back to this scam company. Force you to download their app and then bury the process to cancel. In the age of transparency and online integrity ~ Tsunami Express goes the extra mile to make it EXTRA difficult to cancel. The rude attendant disregarded my complaint and sent me through again, the third time I was about to go through they finally discovered the leak and stopped me prior to going through. The “manager” hand washed my front windshield. Poor experience. ### 1/5 — Tsunami app *2026-06-17, version 11.1.2715* As useless a the car wash is. I’m just going down to cancel. I’ve had enough of the increases, double charges to my account and they have the worst detailing center around if you can call it that. Taking money from this, getting a pressure washer and my own detail things and I will pay the other car wash detailers for winter time. I can also do it in the shade. Something else they took away.
