### 4/5 — Relaxing and fun

*2025-03-09, version 1.12*

Wasn’t sure at first but it grows on you and becomes addictive.

### 5/5 — Nice mind game

*2025-03-01, version 1.12*

I really like it!

### 5/5 — From My Table Top To My iPhone! ❤️

*2025-01-02, version 1.12*

This is Amazing and I’ve played so many rounds that I’ve forgotten to check the number of them I’ve been so caught up. Of course, this is perfect for the newbie & showing directions of your stone to help you think it through is beyond helpful. Live this! How long have I been blind to it being here?

### 4/5 — Needs an undo action

*2024-10-29, version 1.12*

Great game! Would be better with an undo button though.

### 5/5 — Wunderbar umgesetzt

*2024-07-28*

### 5/5 — I never write reviews

*2024-07-10, version 1.12*

I am addicted to this game. Get it. Developers: for the love of all that is holy, on the next version include the 36th tile! How many games end up with a dissatisfying ending because the last piece is missing? Major oversight in game development.

### 4/5 — Gamer

*2024-07-08, version 1.12*

Very good. Game time can be quick played solo and long depending on the amount playing. Some AP could be a problem if not played solo. The game can be taught to any age under a minute.

### 5/5 — Strategy

*2024-07-08, version 1.12*

Love this game and I’ve been playing it for years. Enjoy!

### 5/5 — Pretty fun

*2024-06-22, version 1.12*

Very skeptical, my partner and I were looking for a nice game we could play on a low key night and this game really entertained us for over 2 hours. Definitely recommend playing on different modes

### 5/5 — Great Simple Fun

*2024-05-31, version 1.12*

Really great app. Works well, with a smooth performance. Love the simplicity and ease with which to pick it up. I knew how to play, but if you don’t then the tutorial is helpful and easy. Definitely pleased I downloaded this app!

### 3/5 — Achievements don’t register

*2024-04-29, version 1.12*

Would have been 4 stars, but achievements fail to register in Game Center, even though it connects.

### 4/5 — Enjoyable

*2024-04-22, version 1.12*

I love game and the digital version is beautiful. I wish more people played, it’s hard to get other folks to join a game. It is very relaxing playing solo though.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No app instructions

*2026-01-04, version 1.12*

Seems like a great game. However, there is no explanation in the app on how to set up a new game using the AI feature noted in the game description. Made several educated guesses, but can only play solo or pass and play.

### 1/5 — No AI Mode

*2025-07-29, version 1.12*

Read the title!

### 1/5 — Boring

*2025-04-20, version 1.12*

No online players which is the only thing that could possibly make this incredibly boring game game the least bit interesting.

### 1/5 — Waste of $5 IMHO

*2025-04-07, version 1.12*

I created several games and nobody joins them and there’s no way to join other automatch games. I can’t figure out how to delete the games I created either. What’s the point?

### 1/5 — Need Options for Simplified User Interface

*2024-09-13, version 1.12*

A few simple options/preferences would significantly improve gameplay:

1. Need an option to turn off the dizzying angled view and look at the board directly. Just a simple top-down 2D layout, which should be easy for the devs considering they have already incorporated an augmented reality feature to show the board on your table using your phone’s camera.

2. This game is BEGGING to be vertical instead of horizontal. Board in middle, tiles on the bottom, settings and stuff on top. This would make it possible to play with one hand, and in my opinion, make it significantly more enjoyable.

3. The rules of Tsuro only allow you to place a tile in one location - in front of your stone. So why do I have to drag the tile into position every time I play one, when all that’s needed is a “play tile” button? If you drag and drop slightly in the wrong location, try again!

4. NEED an option to turn off animations. I’m playing the game to actually play Tsuro, not to watch a bunch of cutscenes.

I understand they want to prioritize aesthetics, but they’ve sacrificed playability to the point where I just can’t play it. Classic example of trying too hard.

### 1/5 — Wasted money

*2022-08-27, version 1.12*

I wish I didn’t buy it. It’s either you play alone or through Facebook (and I don’t have an account). They have to mention it in the description. So disappointed!

### 1/5 — I have no problem getting my spelling message

### 1/5 — Online

*2020-10-30, version 1.11*

Its been over 30 min and i cant find players

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2020-05-03, version 1.10*

A multiplayer game which is mind numbingly difficult to play online and when the menu finally works, invite code fails

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A terrific adaptation of the board game!

*2026-06-21, version 1.12*

Fun game, and a great introductory game for new and young board gamers.

### 5/5 — YES!

*2026-05-10, version 1.12*

Low-key, thoughtful game play. Really makes me want to get the IRL version. Calliope has a great selection of board games.

### 5/5 — Board game with added fun

*2026-02-23, version 1.12*

I had this game on my phone a few years ago and really enjoyed. Yesterday I went to a board game cafe and played this in physical form with others which reminded me how much I liked it. I’ve redownloaded it and am hooked again I’ve been encouraging my husband to get it too since this was one of his top 3 games of the many we played in the cafe.
The board game is fun but I like the fact that this tracks multiple players with coloured paths for interesting visuals. The AI players are a good touch that I don’t remember from my previous playing.

### 5/5 — Awesome mind working boredom buster

*2026-02-06, version 1.12*

Fun to play when bored, short quick games with different rules you can pick. A+++

### 5/5 — Stay on the board!

*2025-12-21, version 1.12*

Relaxing game for sure. Let’s you play vs Ai, coop, or multi.

### 5/5 — Great Board Game, Great App

*2025-09-30, version 1.12*

I’ve been a fan of the game for years, so was cautiously curious when I saw there was an app. Every board game app is only limited by how well it protects the integrity of the mechanics and reproduces them within the app. This app, while a bit clunky, holds true to everything that makes the game great! I would recommend this app to anyone that loves the board game 👌

### 5/5 — Great Chill Fun

*2025-09-27, version 1.12*

This has been one of my favorite board games for years. Now with one player mode it is more relaxing and fun than ever. Also it is great for playing on the go with friends and family.

### 5/5 — Review of Tsuro: The Game of the Path – Where Chaos Meets Zen (and You Meet the Void)

*2025-05-07, version 1.12*

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – *"I came for the chill vibes, I stayed because the AI dragons have a personal vendetta against me."*

Let me start by saying Tsuro is a beautiful, serene game where you lay tiles to create paths for your little dragon token. Sounds peaceful, right? **WRONG.** This game is basically *"Satan’s Board Game: Mobile Edition."*

**Pros:**
- Gorgeous visuals and smooth gameplay. My dragon looks majestic… until it plummets into the abyss because Steve from Accounting placed a tile that sent me spiraling into oblivion.
- Simple rules! Place a tile, follow the path. Easy. *Too easy.* That’s how they get you.
- Great for multiplayer. Nothing says friendship like betraying your bestie by redirecting them into a sudden existential crisis (aka the edge of the board).

**Cons:**
- The AI is *suspiciously* good. I swear these digital dragons are plotting against me. "Random tile placement?" More like *"calculated assassination."*
- Sometimes the game ends too fast. One minute you’re strategizing, the next you’re yeeted off the board because you *dared* to exist in the same digital space as a tile that says "lol, no."
- No undo button. Mistakes are permanent. Just like my emotional scars after losing 10 games in a row to a bot named "SereneZenMaster69."

**Final Verdict:**
Tsuro is a masterpiece of deception. It lures you in with its calming aesthetic, then turns into a high-stakes battle of wits where the only winner is the void. 10/10, would let a tile destroy my hopes and dreams again.

*"Play Tsuro—where every move could be your last… and by ‘last,’ I mean you’ll immediately hit ‘rematch’ because you’re not leaving until you win ONE ROUND, DANGIT."* 🐉🔥

### 5/5 — Amazing Game based on a board game.

*2025-03-24, version 1.12*

This game is fun and has an easy to use interface!
