## What is Tsuzuku?

No cap on tasks. Every mistap is undoable. Your history never disappears.
A habit tracker and a to-do list in one screen, bought once.
No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscription.

■ There is no limit on how many tasks you keep

Not six, not twenty-four. No pages to swipe through either — everything due today sits in one list. Morning routines, work to-dos and weekend chores can live in the same place.

■ Ticks itself off with Apple Health

Tasks like "walk 8,000 steps", "exercise 30 minutes" or "meditate 10 minutes" are checked off automatically on the days your Health data reaches the goal.
Choose from steps, exercise minutes, mindful minutes, walking distance, active energy and water. The last 7 days are checked each time you open the app, so days you forgot to open it still fill in.
Automatic checks can be undone like any other, and an undone day stays undone.
Health data is only read. Nothing is written to Health, and nothing leaves your device.

■ A mistap is always undoable

An Undo button appears at the bottom of the screen the moment you tick something. Noticed later? Swipe the row left to take one back. No shaking the phone, no hidden gestures to memorise.

■ Rest days keep your streak

Ill, travelling, or simply out of time? Swipe a row left and choose Rest. That day drops off the schedule and your streak does not break. Long-press a date in a task's calendar to rest a past day. Logging the task removes the rest automatically.

■ A note for each day

Swipe a row left and tap Note to leave a line on that day: "Rained, so I did it indoors", "Slept badly, took a rest". Look back later at why things did or didn't happen.
On a task's page, long-press a date in the calendar to write a note. Your notes are listed there by date.
Unlogging a day keeps its note. Notes stay on your device and are included in backups.

■ Fill in the days you missed

Forgot to log yesterday? The app tells you the next morning. Tap a past date at the top to fill it in. Set a start date in the past and an existing streak carries over.

■ A half-done day counts as half

If your goal is three times a day and you managed two, the app records two. It does not throw the day away. Going over the goal is recorded too.

■ Built so your history does not vanish

• Everything is stored on your device. No account, no sign-in
• A backup is taken automatically once a day, keeping the last seven
• Export and import a file whenever you like — that is how you move to a new phone

■ Log straight from the Home Screen

Tap the ring on the widget and it is recorded. The app never opens. Small, medium and large Home Screen widgets plus a Lock Screen widget.

■ Repeats that match how you actually work

• Every day
• Chosen weekdays (Mon / Wed / Fri and so on)
• N times a week — any days, as long as you get there
• N times a month — any days within the calendar month
• Every N days, whatever interval you want
• One time only, which leaves the list once done

■ Reminders, only as many as you want

Give a single task as many times as you need — morning, noon and night for medication, for example. One switch in Settings stops every reminder at once. We ask for notification permission only when you add your first reminder.

■ What this app does not do

• No ads
• No in-app purchases and no subscription
• No endless review begging — we ask once, at a milestone
• Your entries never leave the device. Only anonymous usage stats are counted (off in Settings)

■ Before you buy

This version has no cloud sync and no Apple Watch app (steps and workouts recorded by Apple Watch still count through Apple Health). Your records live on one device. To move to a new phone, export a backup file from Settings and import it on the other side. We would rather leave sync out than ship the version that loses your data.

One purchase. That is the whole story.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6 — 2026-10-27

• New: Day notes. Add a short note to any day: swipe a row left and tap Note, or long-press a date in a task's calendar. Your notes are listed by date on the task's page.
• Unlogging a day keeps its note, and notes are included in backups.
• With no tasks yet, you can add an example task in one tap.
• Now available in Simplified Chinese, Hebrew, Turkish, Thai and Indonesian.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-10-12

• Settings now has a "Connect to Apple Health" button. It asks for all the items (steps, workouts and more) in one go, and the app now appears in the Health app's list of apps.
• Settings now shows whether you're connected, and how to review permissions later.

### 1.5 — 2026-10-09

• Rest days. Swipe a row left and choose Rest: that day is taken off the schedule and your streak does not break. Long-press a date in a task's calendar to rest a past day. Available for daily, chosen-weekday and every-N-days tasks.
• Reminders stay quiet on rest days.
• When yesterday wasn't logged, the Today screen now tells you, with a button to open yesterday and fill it in.
• Now available in Arabic, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Polish.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-30

• Apple Health is now clearly marked: a dedicated Apple Health section with its icon in the task editor, an explanation of what is read before the permission screen, a Health badge in the list, and an Apple Health row in Settings (items read and where to change access).
• To improve the app, anonymous usage statistics (such as which screens are opened) are now counted. Nothing you enter and no Health values are sent. Turn it off in Settings → Share anonymous usage data.
• Apple Health sync. In a task's edit screen, pick steps, exercise minutes, mindful minutes, walking distance, active energy or water and set a goal — days that reach it are checked off automatically. Health data is only read, never written or sent anywhere.
• Automatic checks can be undone like any other. An undone day is not re-checked.
• Fixed backup files exported from version 1.2 or earlier sometimes failing to import.
• Fixed some messages (the undo bar, reminder times, streak labels) appearing in Japanese.
• The streak reminder introduced in 1.3 is now shown only when the app is in Japanese, because its messages are written in Japanese.
• Now available in Korean, Traditional Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch and Swedish.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-11

• Added "N times a month" to the repeat options. Any day counts — as long as you hit the number within the calendar month. The list shows "3/4 this month", and once the month's quota is met the task steps out of the way for the rest of the month. Streaks are counted in months.
It suits things that come back to you after a delay, rather than something you do on a fixed day.
• The month boundary is the calendar month, so last month's records never leak into this one.
