Greg Sabouri’s voice is extremely irritating, annoying, and condescending. The math lessons are confusing, (although that might just be a skill issue on my part) and way too long. 
       If you want a teacher who doesn’t sound dead, don’t get this app.

Im in 7 grade and I like teaching textbooks yet (it’s not the first time)it tells me to start from lesson one when I’ve already done it! And today I try logging in and it doesn’t go to the area where you write your password to start your lesson!please fix it :(

I love this math app sooooooooo much. It is such an amazing an efficient way to learn. The only thing I don’t like is that when I’m on scratchpad and I make a mistake or need to hit the Erase button ,because it is better than hitting undo, if I hit more than one thing to erase it will freeze and I’ll have to wait a while ( most has been 2-3 minutes, I know that’s not a lot of time, but it is when you’re in a busy school day ) and if I decide to just restart the app it will also take a while. Another thing is it will just log out while I’m doing it. And it will take forever to get back in!!!! Another thing that has been going wrong is that I’ll go to submit my answer and it won’t let me, so I will go to leave the scratch pad and it won’t let me, so I’ll have to exit the app and resign in. I’m not saying I don’t love your app because I think it has brought a whole new shine to learning, I would just love if it didn’t freeze up.

For some reason, every other program had severe crashing problems, but this one only crashed twice!? Also, sometimes very necessary information are in the hints!? Why!? The hint is meant to be OPTIONAL, not REQUIRED

(Sorry for the long review, but I have a lot to say 😅) I have been using this program since 4th grade and I love it! In the beginning of the year it doesn’t jump back into new concepts (which my old program did) instead we review everything we learned in the previous year. Now, a lot of these reviews say they hate the stickers, but a lot of them are cute, you get new ones every time you get something right, which makes it just fun. You can also chose a background for when your doing a lesson, and some of them say things like “You really showed them!” When you get one right (My personal favorite is the hamster scientist) You will also get hints for a new concept, I find this helpful. Before the lesson you will watch a video explaining what you are learning, also every 7 or so lessons you will have a quiz reviewing what you learned in the past few lessons(and there is no video). The only thing I wish they would change is how you get things wrong, they will sometimes say try again, so you have another chance at that problem. But this always scares me because I am terrified of getting a wrong answer, so I wish they would say, “Your on the right track” so I know exactly how well I am doing or how far off I am. I know people are saying “the man’s voice is annoying” and they are right. They also say “It crashes so much” well, I think y’all are using too much space on your iPad on things like candy crush, tick tock and other useless apps.Other than that I love this app!

Im so sorry hobbit2713! I hate sickness. We dont like masks either. And as a kid, i hate math as well, but this app is smooth and good for me because i used to use goodandthebeautiful curriculum but their math books were SO HARD and confusing and this has really helped me.

I obviously don’t love math, as a kid, but this app makes it easier. I love it and I like how the parent can change your grade and give you a third chance. But I think you developers should add more quizzes because there’s not many! I like quizzes because it’s not a lesson where they’re trying to cram more stuff into my brain!

The first problem is that the voice gives me a headache every time I do a lesson. The hints are another problem because they are the WORST hints I have ever heard. For example: 2,589 + 4,625 and the hint would be, “Your going to have to do addition on this problem.” That is not a hint, that is stating the obvious. Also I feel like the overall theme of the app is too kiddie for a 7th grade math app. If I were to add anything to the app I would make it so you could use your own photos as background because the backgrounds they offer are trash.

I love the math program but there are definitely things they need to fix like the fact that it takes me out of the app three times in a row! 😳 That is soooo annoying! And then some ppl say the guys voice is annoying I personally don’t think so but then they introduced a new guy that has really squeaky voice and it drives me CRAZY. I can not focus with his voice, but usually I just watch to lesson video and then put some lofi music on, so if you listen to music while doing your studies then you should be fine. Overall great app if I could stay on it for more then five minutes 🤦🏼‍♀️

The program is good, but the app is a junk. My children have been using this program for several years because it made teaching and learning so much easier for parents and kids. Unfortunately, the only way to access the program is through their app, which is horribly maintained and crashes almost every time on every device we have used—laptops, iPads, phones….Every time it crashed, my kid lost their progress for that lesson on and had to start over and over. As much as we love the program, we just hate the app, so we quit using the Teaching Textbook. Now, 2 years later after last giving-up, we decided to try again thinking it would be in different level and app had to be improved by now. Wrong! The crashing issue is actually worse than before with no help from technical support (as usual, they tell you it has to be the problem from your side while there’s nothing wrong with their app). Extremely frustrating situation!

I think this math is great. I do this math it has very helpful lectures and tips it’s very easy for kids to control not very complicated at all. I like also how there are responsive buddies that you can customize I highly recommend it

This app is amazing! It’s really helpful and has helped my grades so much! I love how the parents can change your grade-so if you want to go over something you can. But I think there should be a think so you can increase the speed of the voice that speaks in the lecture. It’s a bit slow. I personally think the stickers and buddies are so cute. It would be nice though if you could pick their outfits (Bitsy). Another thing is my scratchpad keeps freezing, if that could be fixed I’d be really happy. I think it’s weird that when you get a new sticker, it says new on it but for wallpapers you have to find it yourself. Otherwise the app is AMAZING!!!!
