Old map data. Destinations disappear when drivers accept and the app crashes when you try to add the trip back. No destination showing up when drivers accept. App itself is very glitchy it’s still showing my current location as a location I went to weeks ago no matter where I am and sometimes the app just closes on its own while using or while trying to request a ride. Also can something be put into place where drivers don’t cancel your ride because they see the payment method as card ? But after the ride, I was charged $56TTD! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They falsely advertise 24/7 service, yet they’re often unavailable, and the app is full of glitches. This kind of dishonesty needs to be addressed immediately ### 1/5 — Unprofessional Drivers *2025-01-31* Drivers lack integrity and do not honor commitments made, when a pre-scheduled ride is booked. One driver tried to get me use only their service outside of the app. When I didn’t they tried to get me booted off, fortunately I challenged it, and the action was reversed. I was a tourist in the country for 4 days and I used this exclusively to get around. There is a glitch where credit card selection reverts to cash at times you have to be vigilant and toggle it back. I had 2 drivers cancel my rides. I am assuming it was the area I wanted to go to the drivers did not message to explain why it was canceled. I actually scheduled a ride one day in advance for a 6 AM pick up to the airport. I saw it was accepted, but then it seems the day of the app was not able to find any drivers. That was inconvenient but I continued to book my ride for a few minutes and then found a driver. So far good work on the app. Locals highly recommend and I recommend as well.
