This app has basically made your router worthless. Technical support is also non existent. Completely locked out. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-01-04, version 1.0.35* The 3 routers have worked great but the app forgot the username and I have been able to log in for years. Foolishly I bought 3 more Taotronics routers to expand coverage in my backyard but the app won’t let me log in. I keep getting a network error when I request the code. I guess I need to bite the bullet and buy some other brand even though these seem like great quality since the company has had about a year or so to fix the app and has not done so. —- I recently changed and upgraded my internet provider and can finally take advantage of some of the advertised speeds these routers should support… even in 2024, they’d be ok after I spent hundreds on them back in 20, but unfortunately the new internet provider took longer to get to my area than anticipated…but now the app is apparently dead, locking us out of the settings. I recall when I first used it a code was not required and somewhere along the way they made it more secure by having it email you a code- now it doesn’t email you the code, and you are locked out.
