I closed my auto loan. The in-app instruction said that I would  receive the title in a mail soon. However, they sent me an automated email to go pick up the title at their office!  Calling the customer service and went through user-unfriendly automated system. The customer service’s communication skill is subpar. So tired with them.

แล้วการอายัดบัญชีก็ควรทำได้ผ่านหน้าแอปเลย เปิดโลกบ้างก็ได้ ว่าธนาคารในต่างประเทศเค้าแก้ปัญหาการแฮคข้อมูลยังไง อย่ามัวแต่คิดคนเดียวทำคนเดียว มันไม่เกิดการพัฒนา มัวแต่ลองผิดลองถูก มันเสียเวลามากๆ จริงๆอยากให้ศูนย์ดาว แต่มันกดไม่ได้
