Why can’t I access my financial information via the original Thanachart App? This is really unsettling. Yet as a customer, we should feel total trust in our bank that our money is totally secure, and that we can access it at anytime. ### 1/5 — So very slow *2021-03-23, version 3.1.0* It’s incredibly slow. You also have to go into branch frequently to sort out issues with the app. There is no allowance given if you are abroad and cannot go to Thailand to go to branch. Such as during the covid travel restrictions. The in-app instruction said that I would receive the title in a mail soon. However, they sent me an automated email to go pick up the title at their office! Calling the customer service and went through user-unfriendly automated system. The customer service’s communication skill is subpar.
