It ALWAYS errors out even when using a PC. Remove the Cloud Flare and it would be great! I attempted to reset my password using the app and received an error message. I did it on the computer and it says I can’t reuse the password. Even though it said error. So I had to change it again. Then finally I try the app again entering the new password, and yet again another error message. ### 4/5 — Love it for the most part *2024-05-23, version 4012.2.0* Great app. Very easy to use, and quite secure. One thing I did find underwhelming was the “Calculate Payoff” feature for loans. My app would show up to years worth of options to pay off the loan despite many more (non-selectable) years available, in addition to the actual maturity date of the same loan being a few years ahead of the options. I highly don’t recommend, go to rcb cancel your acc here and go get an RCB account. The bank entered bogus phone numbers for me & I have to verify who I am with those 2 different wrong numbers. I’ve called to make changes to my number & it’s still wrong. I’ve gone in person to the bank to tell them they entered the wrong number. They said they made the changes but it’s still wrong. It’s so frustrating. The website is so slow. I have to refresh it several times & close the whole site & turn it back on a couple of times. Then I have to submit my ID several times & finally it goes through after freezing up forever. Then, it wants to give a voicemail to the same 2 wrong numbers. Omg it’s sooo frustrating. It won’t even use my email address or my same cell phone number that I’ve had for 10 years. I don’t even use the dealerships phone numbers. Why does it keep wanting to call the dealership? It’s very frustrating.
