## What is TTMS?

TTMS is a tag and title tracking application for automotive dealerships. This application helps facilitate the process of when customer tags are ready to be logged and picked up. In addition, it allows for customer care representatives to notify the customer via email and/or SMS when the tags are ready. Ease of capturing customer's signature during the tag pick-up process. An optimal solution for allowing customer care representatives to log tag pick-up and shipment.

### 3.0 — 2022-05-16

• New: TTMS has a new design with improved user experience and performance.

### 2.3 — 2021-10-22

New Features:
- In the Ready for Pick-up section, a new column has been added called Open Tasks. The Open Tasks will show the total number of open tasks for a deal. When the user taps on the number of open tasks, they will be redirected to the Open Tasks area where it will list the open tasks associated to the deal. 

Improvements:
- On the Open Tasks page, the wording has changed form “Total Todos” to “Total Open Tasks”. 
- Version # has been added to the the left menu of the application. This is to show the user which version they are using. Example: For this release, “Verion 2.3” will show in the menu.

Bug Fixes:
- Daylight savings time bug fix. After daylight savings time this year, users experienced a “session timeout” issue on the application due to the time change. This has been corrected so it will no longer be an issue.
